  • a great place to stay

"We are two families with total 7 people, we stayed at Cowpet Bay East condo for 6 days in June/July 2016. The house is big enough for us, furnished beautifully, exactly as shown in the pictures. Three good sized bedrooms with very comfortable King & Queen size beds. The view from the balcony is amazing, can see the blue/green water of the bay and the beach steps down from the condo. Two restaurants on site, and two more restaurants at Ritz-Carlton right next door. 5 Minutes taxi ride to Red Hook. Jeff is very responsive, he answers our phone calls, reply text messages immediately. He even mailed us the key and a map before our departure. We had a great time staying here, and we will definitely rent it again when we come to St. Thomas next time."

  • Paradise on St. Thomas!

"We are a family of 4 who stayed at Beachtops for 5 nights. This place is wonderful! It is technically a 3 bedroom unit, but we only used 2 of the bedrooms and closed off the upstairs bedroom, and she prices depending on how many bedrooms will be needed. This unit had everything we needed, was very clean and nicely furnished, and the owner was wonderful to deal with. There are plenty of bath and beach towels. There is a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a grill on the porch (electric). There is also an area to eat and relax out on the porch, as well as plenty of room to hang towels and wet bathing suits at the end of the day. There is also snorkel gear, although 2 of the masks had broken straps (which I forgot to mention to June) but we made one of them work for one of the kids, floats, beach chairs and coolers/ice packs. The views from this unit overlooking Cowpet Bay are beautiful, and it is literally less than a 1 minute walk to the beach. You also have rights to the pool at the Elysian, which is the property right next door, and the pool is probably a 2 minute walk from this unit. The pool is very nice, big and has a hot tub and beach bar for the adults, and my kids loved the iguana that lives there! There are also 2 restaurants on the property. Cowpet Bay is about a 5 minute drive from Red Hook where there are more restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. Red Hook is also where you can catch the ferry over to St. John (but the parking lot fills up quickly in the morning so you may need to park across the street). This condo is a 10 min drive to Coki Beach or Lindquist Beach, about 30 min to Magens Bay, about 30 min to the Ziplines, and about 30 min to Charlotte Amalie. We did have a car which was very convenient, but you certainly don't need one if you want to just relax on the property or walk over to the Ritz. Overall, this place was great. June was lovely, very helpful in making recommendations for restaurants, stores, etc., and she even brought us a plant from a tree in her yard that blooms every night at 7:07. It wasn't much to look at before it blooms, sort of looks like a ripe banana, but watching it bloom and the flower that emerges is amazing! It was sweet of her to share that with us:) I would recommend this condo to anyone coming to St. Thomas, it was great for our family, but would work for 2 or 3 couples as well."

  • Beautiful condo and view!

"The condo is clean and offers a fantastic view of Cowpet Bay. Sherri was very helpful showing us around the condo upon arrival and suggested things for us to do while on the island. We really enjoyed our stay."

  • Nicely appointed unit

"This unit is very well appointed. Kitchen was beautiful & had everything we needed. Close to beach, check in very easy, questions answered. Parking was tenacious but doable. Minor inconvenience was no landline for local calls & no DVD player. Beach attendant, Diane was her usual wonderful self. Check out a new barbecue restaurant Da Coal Pot, best meal I have had! We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 days at this unit,"
