"What a beautiful location! Absolutely picturesque view from the condo, and what a great condo it is, there are two units merged together creating a very spacious and comfortable accommodations inside and on the terrace. Have you ever dreamt of a corner accomodations with direct view of an ocean and marina and gorgeous Virgin Islands landscape? This unit got it all. We had everything we needed and could not take our eyes off the view, it was mesmerizing. Our 3.5- year old called it, and I quote, "terrific and incredible and wonderful adventure". You will ultimately get two beaches - a private beach in front of your condo and a second beach, several steps aways, with a beach bar and beach goers, so however the mood strikes you, you can have a romantic time away from the crowds or play volleyball with your neighbors. You are 5 minutes away from several beachfront restaurants, stores, and, as I have menitoned marina is right around the corner. It does not get more convenient then that. We were able to go on a romantic sunset dinner crouse one evening and dedicated a day to island hoppping discovering the beauty of US and British Virgin Islands right from the marina next door. We have been to a number of beaches and islands all over the world, and this place is an absolute must to visit, you will have a fantastic time and a superb customer service."

  • Peaceful and Beautiful Getaway

"Had a great stay in this nicely appointed condo. The view is breathtaking overlooking St. John's and the British VI, Jost Van Dyke. The beach was peaceful and offered both sand and a huge coral reef section outstanding for snorkeling viewing hundreds of species of fish. The cond is just outside of Red Hook which has nice restaurants and there are grocery stores nearby."

  • Excellent views, owner very helpful, great location

"Our family of 6 had a wonderful week for a number of reasons. One of those was the condo- the location, the incredible view, the amenities and the owners were all a part of that. The two decks allowed the extra space we needed for sitting and relaxing each day. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and in the reviews. Van went out of his way to make sure we had all the info we needed, and sent us his own 30-page guide covering the condo, the complex and St. Thomas. Snorkeling is amazing right outside the hotel - My wife and I have been to most of the other popular snorkeling spots on St. Thomas and St. John and feel that this is in the top 3 sites, along with Leinstur bay/Watermelon key on St. John, and Coki beach (located just a couple of miles from Sapphire beach) - The water in front of building A, B and C contains a large sea grass area where we spotted a couple of rays and turtles. The right side of the beach in front of A,B and C has an excellent reef, that has some spectacular coral formations and fish, which are amazing if you swim all the way out the end of the reef. The beach in front of condo's D and E has reefs that jut out along either side of the beach, which also have great coral formations if you swim out to the ends of the reef, particularly on the left side. Saw squid, octopus and barracuda on the left side, along with scores of fish. Van is great to work with - he promptly answered our emails whenever we had questions. The condo is very well stocked and maintained. We definitely hope to rent this condo again."

  • Heavenly Paradise

"I would definitely stay here again. The studio condo is about 20 minutes from the airport, in probably the best area of the island. Also, our Verison GPS did work in roaming mode. As you can tell by the pictures the view is amazing. Check in is super easy, all you need to do is enter a code. The room was cleaned nicely on arrival, the decor is superb and there was a float, cooler, hairdryer and beach towels in the room. Also, there are tourist books behind the bed. The bedroom has a floating wall separating it from the living/kitchen area. The internet worked great during our stay. The pool is a short walk. The pool area has an old bar beside it that is closed and needs to be torn down. You can get someone to bring you beach chairs, just beyond the pool area. The pristine beach is a short walk with some shade and good snorkeling. (bring snorkeling gear) Also, there is a beach bar with food. We never had any food from there, but it smelled really good. (go before 6pm because someone told us they close early) I do not recommend Slice, a restaurant in walking distance. I thought they were just OK and overpriced. Cheap eats: Senor Frogs Pizza (delivery/cash only) Tap and Still, and Melt. Best restaurant we ate at was Fish Tails- lobster and Painkillers are great! Best excursion was sailing trip on Simplicity with Hinkley the dog to St. John. We also enjoyed ferrying the jeep to St. John and exploring the island. The only thing that I can think of that the owners could do to make the stay even better is to add toiletries and coffee supplies for the first night. I would definitely recommend the unit at Sea Glass in the Sapphire Beach Resort to my friends."
