  • Beautiful lakefront retreat!

"Pasajcap is the most amazing property I have ever seen in life! Pierre's vision of having a lakefront paradise with modern amenities is truly spectacular. Upon arrival to the property we were greeted by Pierre and his 3 German Shepards that are very friendly and welcoming, we were then introduced to our amazing apartment with incredible volcano views. Our apartment was spotless and the design was simply amazing as we loved the overall feel of the place. The shower is positioned where you have a great view of the volcano yet it's far away from the windows this detail was truly impressive. The open space is very well planned as you have plenty of room to lounge by your fireplace or cook some great meals as there is everything you need for your stay. Pierre was nice enough to provide us with firewood for our entire stay along with a tank of drinking water, he truly is an amazing host! Everybody on the property is very friendly especially Domingo he's just very nice all around. The cleaning ladies are very friendly as well and they will even do your laundry for a small fee. We loved the private dock where you can just catch a boat right off the property and lake hop to neighboring towns. We love Copacabana it's one of the best units as it has an amazing view from uptop and an awesome rooftop patio all to yourself. We will definitley be back to enjoy this amazing property for a longer period of time, thanks to Pierre and his lovely staff for taking such good care of us!!!!"

"Our family can only say that this home is perfect. To say more would be to spoil the surprise of the perfection of this home and the magic and warmth it offers guests."

  • Magical

"We were very lucky to stay in this very special place on our recent trip to Lake Atitlan. It sits high above its own private dock (a perfect place for catching the local boats, swimming, canoeing, or just daydreaming) and looks over the imposing volcanoes on the opposite shore. The small cove in front of the property was ideal for our two kids - ages 8 and 10 - who spent a good deal of their time swimming and on rafts and canoes. Bonnie and David were excellent hosts, who think of EVERYTHING! Their guide to all the lake activities is particularly useful, and we felt 100% safe and secure in their villa. It's an ideal place to base yourself while exploring the charms of lake's many offerings."

  • Paradise and Great Service

"From the moment we contacted the owners and through every step of the trip, we felt taken care of and introduced to a paradise on earth. The views from the home, especially while lying in the master bedroom, are spectacular. The kitchen was well-stocked and capable of handling a huge meal ... but we never needed to cook because of the culinary feasts prepared for us by Angela. And every morning, an incredibly warm and smily Tressa would greet us and prepare a beautiful breakfast, different every day of our 6 days. Nicholas is the caretaker for the home and he treats you like family, anticipating every need. The decks are beautiful spots to eat, sip wine, enjoy a fire, read, meditate. And you are only 10 minutes from downtown Pana by a public pickup route that has service every few minutes and costs about 50 cents. There is only one very small item to consider in renting this home. To gain the best views of the lake, it is perched at the top of a hill, up which you must walk to reach the home. This was great exercise for us, but renters should be aware that this walk is quite strenuous. You can certainly get a truck to take you up but this requires some planning."
