Port Aransas condo rentals

Erin was an exceptional host ! Quick responses and very accommodating!! The home was well equipped and very inviting!!

This was a very nice and spacious condo right next to the beach entrance. There was ample parking right outside the front door along with a washing station. We had a quick 48 hour stay and all amenities were as stated. The coffee bar was an added bonus along with the 2 vertical fans in each bedroom. Don’t get me wrong, the AC and ceiling fans worked just fine but was nice to have that extra breeze/noise. There were beach towels in addition to normal towel stock which was a plus in case you forget them at home. The pool is literally next door and is nice sized. The neighbors are respectful of the quiet hours. Each night we returned to our room but had to drive past cars of visitors attending a get together. But not once did we hear any loud noises. Kim was wonderful, checking in on us each day to make sure we didn’t need anything. I highly recommend this place! You will not be disappointed. We can’t wait to book our next trip.

Room smelled very good and everything was very clean. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Having washer and dryer was very handy!

The house was amazing. Great location close to the beach and all that Port A has to offer.

The property and property management were amazing! Everything was close by to the house. There was plenty of room for the five of us plus our dogs. The management was very helpful and answered our messages in a timely manner (within 30 min at most). I would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at various beach houses/ condos over the years, this place is a great price and a good deal for the money. If you want marble countertops and glass chandeliers, this ain’t your place. If you want an affordable, clean and comfortable unit 200 steps from the beach, with a pool and great customer service, this place is your huckleberry! Highly recommended.

One issue: the spiral staircase to the third floor lookout was completely detached from upper balcony. While the staircase can’t actually “fall” anywhere, just walking on or pushing it could create a sizable opening between top balcony and staircase. Anyway, I didn’t see this as a host issue so much as a builder issue that NEEDS addressing. The place was nice and had enough room for our family. The community is a nice place and was quiet enough that we could take strolls on the community driveway. The pool is very nice and had outdoor shower and bathroom. Very easy to get to from apartment.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very cute and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool is a little small but had plenty of tables with umbrellas and chairs. There were also cornhole set ups by the pool that we played on and had a good time. The owner let us know if we needed anything, she was just an email or call away. Overall we enjoyed this place and will likely stay again.
