  • Love this place - second stay and will come again.

"This is an excellent location on a nice street a stone's throw from Notre Dame on the Left Bank. Three floors walk-up, but I can still handle that - no more than that. A couple of great restaurants just below and plenty in the area. You can walk to most things and lots of groceries, excellent fromageries and wine shops within 5 minutes walk. Several nearby Metro and RER stations. Excellent for a couple or for a family with kids. Nice bedroom with limited privacy and a big living room with eating area and fold-out sofa. A little A/C unit that can get you through very hot days, excellent cross-ventilation. Wonderful views out large front windows that open like doors. Separate washer and dryer (a rarity in Europe) and dishwasher. Nespresso machine new for this year and welcome. Alexandre is most helpful and we will return. Note that Le Loubnane restaurant downstairs is always full and you will need reservations."

  • Made me want to move in for good!

"This apartment was our favorite stay of a 14 day european vacation. Traveling with two kids (8 and 13), the apt was the perfect respite for us after exploring paris. Here are some thoughts: 1) Location - amazing. Across the street from Notre Dame, walking distance from many things and transportation. In the middle of a neighborhood so you felt like a local. Near a great little market, and by a patisserie, boulangerie and fromagerie - what more could I ask for!!! 2) Apt itself - the big wooden doors of the building were SO PARIS, it was so exciting to walk through. The apt is easily accessible and decorated in an upscale but very comfy way. I do not understand a prior reviews mention of "flea market" because it was anything but. The kitchen was amazing! Great amenities and a washer and dryer that worked great. Bathrooms were awesome - the shower pressure was AWESOME too. I saw a comment on the AC - we were there during a HEAT SPELL! 90+ degrees every day. And while it wasn't frigid with the AC like some American establishments, it was comfortable. The upstairs bedroom was slightly warm but again, not uncomfortable. We all slept well. The fans and AC did the job they were intended for. 3) Service - we thought the service was great. Fortunately we needed nothing during our 5 day stay, so we were happy as can be. I can't say enough about our experience. The pictures don't even do it justice. the outdoor patio was cute, we didn't use it because it was so hot outside, but we liked looking at it. This should be a must stay place for anyone in paris - my close friends are booking it for next summer."

  • Great location and good value for money

"three of us stayed for a week, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms it was perfect. yes it is small but for the location and paris it is great value for money. the management team were a joy to deal with, thank you. with a bakery one block down, a small grocery store downstairs and Rue Moufetard a short walk away (markets and food stalls/stores of all kinds) and a great selection of local restaurants and cafes. metro stops were between 7 and 12 minutes walk which was great."

  • Holidays in Paris

"My husband and I spent a magical week in Paris over the holidays in this delightful apartment on the Seine. The place was perfect for us in every way-- lots of light with big windows, cozy living room, wifi and free calls to the US. The large shower with towel warmer felt luxurious, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all of the amenities we needed to make dinner at home and more. The location is ideal-- right next to Notre Dame, Shakespeare and Co. Bookstore around the corner, and within easy walking distance of Musee d'Orsay, the Louvre, the Grand Palais, Luxembourg Garden, Île de la Cité and Île Saint-Louis, and all of the fantastic shopping and dining of Boulevard Saint-Germain and the Latin Quarter. Highly recommended!"
