  • Perfect Location, Apartment Exactly As Described

"This was a great experience start to finish. Genevieve was very communicative from her phone call the day I submitted my booking request, through emails providing information about transportation to the apartment, to our arrival when she sat down with my friends and I and provided us with a map and recommendations of things to see and do in Paris. Her tips were spot on and much appreciated. The apartment is in a great location in the 5th arrondissement, walkable (for us, this means within a few miles) or a short Uber ride to everyplace we wanted to go. The apartment itself was perfect. We were three friends traveling together, and she arranged the beds to our specifications, with two individual beds in the bedroom, and the pull-out sofa in the living room set up for sleeping. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed, and Genevieve was kind enough to loan us her small trolley for carting groceries from the store. The balcony was a dream. We loved enjoying our coffee and breakfast there each morning, and finishing each night with wine enjoying the breeze. We also liked that there was a toilet area separate from the bathroom, so we could still use the facilities while someone was showering. Overall a great experience, would definitely rent from Genevieve again if I make it back to Paris."

  • Rue Descartes

"A truly wonderful apartment , the space is big enough for two.. I stayed in this place alone and it was magical. I stayed for six weeks and it felt like home.Awesome and comfortable bed and really a good setup. The owner Jean-Noel was always receptive and responsive to any needs. Also Karen, the manager was also very nice and helpful also. The check in process was smooth and effortless. It's a lively street but it's not bad at all... Also you are so close to the Pantheon and the Jardin du Luxembourg.. I had many a lunches there and went to read a book at dusk.Three really good boulangeries and a Carrefour 2 blocks away.. In other words book it!!"

  • Charming Latin Quarter Apartment

"This was a great apartment for our family of four. The owner met us personally with a warm welcome and showed us how to use everything in the apartment. She gave us helpful advice on the neighborhood. The photos do a nice job of illustrating the apartment. The apartment, although small, offered everything we needed for our one week stay. It is clean, compact, and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the clever design and comfort of the fold out couch. The bathroom was modern, with a very nice shower and beautiful Italian tile, as well as a towel warmer on the wall. The kitchen was clean, modern and contained all the necessities (minus an oven) for cooking, including a nice microwave, induction stove top, and vent fan. The kitchen also contained a washer/dryer, which was a nice feature. The windows opened onto a small Latin Quarter street. We were within a short walk of Notre Dame, the Pantheon, a good street market (Tuesdays/Thursdays/weekends), and even the remnants of a Roman arena! It is a short block away from the Metro and is close to bakeries and restaurants for all price ranges. We would definitely stay here on a future trip to Paris. The owner helpfully directed us to ideal public transport to get to the train station on our way out of Paris."

  • Perfect location

"Comfortable Parisian apartment in the Latin Quarter. Had all the amenities you would need including a washer and dryer. Wonderful location with easy access to Metro and walking distance to sights including Notre Dame and Louvre. Enjoy our stay for our family of five. Was nice experiencing living in French neighborhood. Walked to Eric Kayer bakery everyday for croissants. Would stay again!"
