  • Great Location

"Was a really nice property in a perfect area next to Notre-Dame. There were tons of shops and places to eat literally at the door step of the flat. It is located on the forth or fifth floor so if you have heavy luggage, good luck because there is no elevator. It was a little bit smaller then I'd imagine, but it accommodated the three of us just fine with no issues. The owner was understanding, I would totally stay here again. The only concern I had is that the cleaner charged my friend money for her having him wait. She was lost, and I feel like someone navigating through a place they have never been before, trying to get to the flat, that he'd be more understanding, but that wasn't the case. Any who, it was a nice flat."

  • A cosy place to spend January in Paris

"I really enjoyed my stay at Genevieve's apartment. She and her family were extremely welcoming, and everything about the apartment was easy to understand and operate. Having spent several months freezing in Paris rentals, I was especially appreciative of the excellent heating. The windows kept the cold out, but the radiators made it cosy, and this was a particularly cold and unpleasant January, weather-wise. The location was good-- plenty of small markets and bakeries in the immediate vicinity, and the Rue Monge and Mouffetard markets in walking distance. Also lots of good neighborhood restaurants. I learned to use the 21 and 27 busses, but it was also no big deal to reach St Michel and St Germain on foot. So the apartment gets a good Walk Score. When my daughter came for a week, we were able to separate the bedroom and living room (futon sofa) completely, and the kitchen and bathroom were accessible from each room. A third person could have occupied the other twin bed in the bedroom if we'd wanted. All in all, a great month. The apartment is sweetly decorated (my favorite being the bird in the shower room). The lift worked fine, the building was very quiet, and the area very safe. I hope to come back!"

  • Beautiful, large, comfortable apartment

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris. This gorgeous apartment accommodated our party of 8 adults and 1 child. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated and included all the amenities we needed. We loved the location as it allowed us easy access to all the sights but was not overrun with tourists. We enjoyed the many nearby bakeries, cafes and shops. Management was prompt with booking and responding to any requests we had. Looking forward to the next time we return!"

  • Charming Parisian Roof Top Flat... Enjoyed Being Parisians for a few days!

"We loved our little stay and were able to experience what we dream of as a Parisian lifestyle! It was cozy and romantic! We enjoyed every moment of it! Alain greeted us very warmly upon our arrival. Alain your kindness was very much appreciated and we would like to thank you for everything. The flat was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were very at home there and look forward to another stay in the future. There is a local convenience store where you can buy essentials if needed as well as a pharmacy just at the bottom of the apartment building which was very useful. There is also a bus stop right in front of the building. We had a good look around the area as we really liked it and would like to return in the future for a longer stay - so as information, for a good wine shop, pastry shop and nice local restaurants do look around the rue de saint Jacques by crossing the road. We found a great "pho" place called "un jour a hanoi". If you are the health food/bio kind of person for organic groceries then head to rue Le goff not far by foot, the organic supermarket is called Le detour a la terre rive gauche. We loved every moment of our very short stay. We would just like to note that you have to climb winding stairs to reach the sixth floor attic level to get to the apartment so please keep this in mind as this will not be possible for everyone. There is no lift. You do get used to it but it was a shock to my system to first round! Thank you Alain for carrying our big heavy bag up! We certainly felt fitter even after a few days! If you can climb the stairs then we recommend this place to you!"
