  • Our stay in Tuscany was a complete success

"Our stay in Tuscany was a complete success in particular thanks to the family Filippo. Their farm at Montecucchieri was a little difficult to find the first days but very nicely located far away from city and traffic noise. A relaxing dive in the swimming pool was daily welcomed after intense cultural visits of your beautyfull region. The apartment was comfortable enough, only the bathroom was a little bit rudimentary. We are particularly thank full to our hostess Sonia and her daughter Christina for their kindness and care. Our thanks also goes to "La Bella Toscana" for their perfect organisation."

  • We had a great stay!

"First, the owner's niece very warmly welcomed us to town and introduced us to it. She was amazingly kind and helpful. The apartment was very nice; its bathroom was sparkling (with glass shower doors so impossibly clean that I wonder if they were brand new!), and its furniture all seemed new! We didn't use the walk-through bedroom, but the main bedroom was good and got dark enough and cool enough (with the air conditioning) for good sleeping. The kitchen / living room area had AC too but wasn't needed. We appreciated having a washing machine and a microwave. The wifi internet worked well. There is also a cute patio area with table and four chairs that we enjoyed. The only drawback of this unit is that the uphill road into town was darker (at night), narrower, and longer than anticipated, so definitely bring a flashlight and a backup battery for your cell phone so that you have enough charge for your GPS to guide you home after a night out. We found a Conad grocery store to be useful (within walking distance in the opposite direction). Even though it wasn't located right within Siena, we'd probably prefer to stay at this unit again because we know it provides what we need."

  • The villa Luna was a very comfortable clean site with a beautiful view of the city and hills.

"Alessia was very responsive when emailed. It is an easy walk to the center of Siena. We were there in October with no other renters so very private. The pool was lovely, we were fortunate to have 3 warm days to swim. I would highly recommend this site for anyone who would like to have the beauty and quiet of the countryside with easy access to the city. Wonderful starry nights."

  • living in history

"The house is part of a very old complex, would have loved to know more about it. Citerna in the living area beautifully incorporated. No cellphone reception and no tv, no amenities nearby either (nearest amenities are 20 minutes away). Large bedrooms, living area and bathroom. Would definitely recommend this to people who are looking for somewhere to get away from it all."
