  • Lovely Farmhouse.

"A lovely spacious cottage with everything you could want. The second sitting room was a bonus so we didn't have to watch kids TV. Everything was nice and clean and the kitchen very well equipped. Alan and Vicky were very friendly and welcoming. We were fortunate enough to see two litters of piglets born when we were there, and the children has a great time feeding the pigs. Lots of safe space for children to play. We found lots to keep the children entertained in the area. We had lovely weather so the beach was a hit."

  • Well equipped clean and tidy serviced flat with excellent public transport links Chester /Liverpool

"Well equipped clean and tidy serviced flat.We stayed for 3 weeks in November/December and still found that we hadn't done everything we wanted to do in the time.Perfect base for visiting Chester /Liverpool and National Trust properties which were still fully open.Buses and trains to Chester and Liverpool excellent value if you buy weekly pass with the nearest bus stop 300 yards out front gates and turn left. They run every 20 minutes or so into Wrexham bus Station where connecting busses are found. Overall we were completely satisfied with the Butlers Flat and the surrounding area and would recommend couples to give it a try if you want a countryside break near Wrexham. Thank you for making this property available. Neville and Sarah Francis Hunt from Dorset."

  • Enormous size, breath-taking views, central location, helpful host to make our stay perfect

"This home is located in the heart of Conwy with dazzling views outside all windows. Main living room and all bedrooms were quite spacious. Bathrooms were modern. Full kitchen and eating area worked well for all meals during out stay. Home was next to several convenient stores that made it very easy to pick-up food on the way home from a full day of touring. The home was also centrally located within in the town to what ever you may want to see: Conwy Castle, Plas Mawr, the waterfront and town walls. Samantha was an excellent host and guide when we were first planning our visit from overseas to when we got to town. She made everything feel very comfortable and welcoming. A highly recommended stay!"

  • Cosy cottage, idyllic location.

"We had a short break (too short) in this lovely little cottage. Cosy and very comfortable and although the shower was subject to water pressure, the fact the water was coming from the stream just added to the charm. The setting so close to the river and access to the lovely gardens made this a really magical place to stay. The road close by is busy during the day but then, so were we, and it quietens in the evening leaving just the wonderful sound of the river. My husband tried a bit of wild swimming.....cold but invigorating, dog and I sensibly watched from the bank & held his towel!! Some beautiful walking a stones throw away. We will most certainly be back & for a longer stay next time. Thank you to the kind owners for sharing their home in this lovely spot."
