  • An hidden gem.....definitely recommend the tree house.

"This was a fantastic find. Over the moon with our stay at the tree house. The owners Patrick & June were absolutely lovely, warm friendly people. The whole experience was a delight, will definitely visit again in the future."

  • Absolutely fabulous!

"A wonderful place to stay with every detail taken care of. It was a luxury to rent a cottage that wasn't dominated by rules about what you can and can't do - it felt like a home from home. I would definitely recommend it. We went for a girlie weekend but it would work just as well for a family break. Amazing"

  • Clean, cosy, well located

"Excellent, cosy little detached cottage in grounds of a larger property. The cottage was very clean, lovely and warm with a flexible electric system (ie not storage heaters!) and a water heating system that was truly hotter than a hot thing. The cottage description was accurate and the owners had provided information about both the cottage and things to do in the area. It was just a couple of minutes walk to the village, which had a good chippy, excellent pub and a little store selling fresh Scotch (er, Welsh?) rolls. Moelfre was obviously well located for coastal walks and it was easy to reach anywhere on the island on the superb, quiet road system. We always find ourselves back at Trearddur Bay (lovely coastal walk from there to Rhoscolyn and the White Eagle!), South Stack for the views, as well as Newborough Warren and Llanddwyn Island. If there was one thing I would change it would be to bin-off the indoor TV aerial and go for an outdoor one; even though the transmitter is only 5 miles away it needs all the help it can get. A very good cottage."

  • Wonderful location

"We booked this house for two weeks so that all the family could come and go dependent on work commitments. It is ideally situated in easy walking distance to the beach, and the provision of a beach hut was a great addition. We had a wonderful stay. My initial worries about there being only one bathroom for the 8 of us were allayed when I realised there was a basin in each bedroom. The owners were very responsive to the problem we had with the oven. The main advantage for us with the young family was the large garden. As the weather was good we spent many an hour in the garden, with the paddling pool in the shade of the trees, and even having a family rounders match ! All in all a great house for a great holiday."
