  • Good value for the money we paid.. pretty cottage and very cosy!

"We have just come back from a lovely half term break down at this little cottage. It's in a lovely location and was well equipment for a family of all ages. The beds was comfortable and it was clean!! Brian was very welcoming and left us a tray of tea and cookies from the local shop on arrival , this put an instant smile on our little ones face! 😁򐐮.. The location is good and it's easy to find, ideal for a base if you enjoy exploring the area and there is plenty of local walks that take you to the beach, again Brian gave us some local knowledge of costal pathway walks.. we will defiantly be booking again.. sooner rather than later.. Thank you x"

  • Fantastic property, superb service, great location

"Thank you Linda and Mike for making our Christmas 2016 stay so memorable The house is so fantastic and catered for our every need, the Christmas trimmings and gifts provided were such a nice touch This house has everything you could wish for and close to all amenities but also in a very private location Our party consisted of 3 married couples, 2no teenagers and a 4 year old so a quite diverse bunch but the space available in the house ensured we could relax without being on top of each other. As stated previously we arrived on 22nd December 2016 and left on 28th so spent our family Christmas here. Everybody was delighted with the house and would recommend to any large family/party should they need a large space for holiday/party/Christmas etc. Linda trimmed the house with little touches and a fully decorated and lit Christmas tree made us feel at home, the Cake, Mince Pies, Chocolates and Beer were totally unexpected but really thoughtful. Mike called a couple of times to explain the workings of the house and also to ensure we had no teething problems and dealt with all our mountains of waste after we left!! When we arrived the house is so impressive and in an immaculate state which is a credit to both Linda and Mike Close to Llanelli and the Parc Trostre retail park, Supermarkets and local pubs/takeaways it is in a fantastic location for all your immediate needs. We sampled the Pemberton Arms for a pub lunch and Laurians fish and chip shop in Burry Port and Super Palace Chinese takeaway all three were worth a visit. No words can describe how wonderful the property, location and service from Linda and Mike were, fantastic from start to finish, no hesitation recommending this to anyone."

  • ideal for a chilled break

"Clearly a well cared for cottage with all the amenities that extends to include a most effective wood burning stove, and the all important Wi-Fi.The property is cleverly configured with the bedroom located on a balcony that nicely overlooks the ground floor; and for the warmer times, garden space to sit out and enjoy the air. Good location for visiting this wonderful county, its beaches and coastline. Highly recommended."
