  • Just beautiful

"We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and i can honestly say it was the perfect setting. Jean and Nick were fantastic hosts and were always available when needed! The stable was beautiful and it was amazing waking up to the view every morning! Thank you so much... we will be back"

  • Beautiful view, good value

"This location, whilst tricky to find, is just fantastic; breathtaking views and peace and quiet! The cottage was clean and well equipt, including information about the area and lots of board games. Our kids LOVED feeding the chickens our scraps and the pool was a big hit and a decent size for proper swimming. We had good weather so largely used the house as a base to explore the area and all the beaches. The owner was friendly and helpful, but kept to himself which we appreciated. We would certainly recommend this property to friends and family and would book again should we go to the same area in the future. Date of Stay (public)"

  • Well equipped clean and tidy serviced flat with excellent public transport links Chester /Liverpool

"Well equipped clean and tidy serviced flat.We stayed for 3 weeks in November/December and still found that we hadn't done everything we wanted to do in the time.Perfect base for visiting Chester /Liverpool and National Trust properties which were still fully open.Buses and trains to Chester and Liverpool excellent value if you buy weekly pass with the nearest bus stop 300 yards out front gates and turn left. They run every 20 minutes or so into Wrexham bus Station where connecting busses are found. Overall we were completely satisfied with the Butlers Flat and the surrounding area and would recommend couples to give it a try if you want a countryside break near Wrexham. Thank you for making this property available. Neville and Sarah Francis Hunt from Dorset."

  • One of the Best

"Without any doubt this is one of the best views in any cottage where we have stayed. The cottage was well organised and of a very high quality and very comfortable. All communications were excellent and the directions to the cottage very clear. There is parking out front and we were never unable to park. Many pubs and restaurants were within easy walking distance and the Sainsbury Local was no more than 200m away. Tenby itself is really lovely and easy to walk around. The beaches are fantastic and the sea so very clear. Highly recommend both the town and most certainly the cottage. There was plenty of room for two and ample space for a family with two young children. But best of all must be the view from the living room."
