Perfect spot

Highly recommend. First and foremost, the property staff were amazing and incredibly responsive. Not only did they have a ton of local recommendations to offer, but they were quick to help us whenever we asked. As for the property, it was spacious, clean and located well in terms of proximity to beach, shopping and historic districts. The outdoor space was perfect for leisurely lunches and glasses of wine - and for the practical task of drying laundry. Only minor suggestion for longer stays is to provide a broom (vs vacuum) for quick clean-ups, some basic spices and oil to leverage the kitchen and more tea towels. Otherwise very well-equipped and good wifi. Met all our needs as digital nomads.

Very nice and cozy apartment

The owners, George and Nicola, welcomed us in their property. It was very easy to contact them before our arrival. Their house is very spacious for a family to stay and enjoy Kalamata. It is very close to Kalamata’s bus station and a sort walking distance to Kalamata’s major stores and famous coffee shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our sort stay very much and we would love to come back and stay longer. Thanks George and Nicola for letting us stay in your house. Mary

Peaceful and Serine

Very traditional Greek Villa,peaceful and very serine,if relaxing and taking a dip in the pool is what you seek ,this is a perfect place! It is remote so I suggest that you have a car,nearest restaurant is a twenty minute walk and you definitely need a car to get groceries! I would recommend for future guests,that the caregiver does more than hand you the keys and leave,i as would have a book with the best restaurants in area and markets!I put my own hand drawn maps on bulletin board,also what to do if hot water goes out,internet and so on! If you know what to expect and are prepared,I would recommend this Villa,just need’s some better care by owner and caregiver, Thanks ,we enjoyed our stay and look forward to possibly returning
