From the moment we arrived, we had a great experience. We were warmly welcomed by the owner’s son, who spoke perfect English and was incredibly helpful. He gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and explained everything we needed to know about the keys.The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The fridge and cupboards were generously stocked with essentials and more—it’s clear the owners have put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.The apartment complex was quiet as well as the surrounding area.Additional perks included off-street parking and a basement storage area for skis and equipment. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views across the Aosta valley and Gran Paradiso's 3 valley from a superb south facing balcony. The owners are tremendously helpful and accommodating - plenty of maps and guidebooks to use for hiking in this stunning location, which is one of the best in Europe. Thank you and I look forward to my return trip!

We really enjoyed our stay in Gignod. The house was lovely, really comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful views and wonderful hosts.

We stayed in the 1bedroom apartment, it is done to the highest spec possible. We stayed over Easter 16, for a mini snowboarding break. It took 2 hours from Malpensa Airport, which flew as the views from the dual carriage way were impressive. Apartment is a little hard to find, but just call the hosts and they'll come and meet you. Set in a little village, up a little hill over looking Aosta the view was amazing. You can walk into Aosta in about 15mins or drive to the cable car station within 10mins. Myself and partner can not highly recommend this place enough. Pila for snowboarding is a great resort too, gondola takes 20mins to get to Pila itself. We loved this place and this part of Italy, we will definitely come back. X
