  • Great location, charming property

"We loved our stay in this property in Cabo. The service was excellent from both Cabo Villas and the property manager - Tino. Thank you. Nice pool and jacuzzi that we used a lot. Good views of the Marina area/ocean. For us an easy walk into town, but it could be a bit tough for some on the way back. We didn;t bother with a car while we were there and walked into town once or twice a day. Well stocked kitchen with equipment, herbs/spices, oils, pans, knives, glasses etc. All round excellent. Thanks"

  • Amazing Customer Service

"This review is solely focused on the phenomenal customer service our group received while working with Brian. Our group of 8 planned to stay at the Villa Del Toro Rojo in March, but had to make last minute changes when one of our couples found out they were expecting and were prohibited to travel to Mexico due to the spread of the Zika virus. Brian was very understanding, provided us with different options, and executed our new plan with no hesitation. While we had to postpone our spring break plans, we've agreed that we'll definitely be booking our next group trip with Brian because it's guaranteed that he'll make sure we have an awesome experience."

  • Great vacation!!!

"We had a wonderful vacation at Casa de Querencia. The rental process was convenient, Armando was super helpful and made activity arrangements very easy. We went on a sunset cruise and and ATV tour, everything was perfect. There was a mix up with the transportation from the airport and when we tried to call Armando our US phone did not register on his phone so the call did not go through. We were able to fix this when we met Armando at the house. The house is a distance from town and required a taxi drive to and from for about $20 each time so plan for this expense. Armando arranged for most of our transportation but I suggest you allow for plenty of time for the taxi to pick you up at the house. They were often late. The house was very spacious with beautiful views. There were a couple of things that needed repair in the house. The dishwasher did not work! I prefer to not wash dishes while on vacation especially for 8 people. I was told this had been broken for a while since it takes a long time to get things repaired so we should have been informed. We did use paper products whenever possible but this was a huge inconvenience and expense. Also there was no hot water in the master bathroom rain shower. The beach was beautiful but you cannot swim in the water. We had to take transportation to public beaches but Armando set us up at a beautiful resort location for the days we wanted to go to the beach. Rodolfo was AMAZING!! He cooked whatever we wanted, did the grocery shopping and was so friendly and accommodating. he was by far one of the best perks of our vacation. I would recommend a vacation to Cabo and a stay at Casa de Querencia."

"The house located in a safe and convenient community. You can easily walk to the Downtown and Marina. We even attempted to walk to Medona beach but stopped midway since we had young kids. But it's totally doable. We had a rental car. If you enjoy staying in and cook, you will still need a car to run to Walmart or Costco and haul the groceries uphill. The owner is one the best owners I have encountered. He is very friendly, and most importantly very responsible. We encountered our second day there without any water to use. It wasn't the best day on our vacation since we were not able to flush toilets nor take a shower. But Carmine made sure the issue was addressed right away after I was not able to reach the property manager. He followed up and made sure everything was well too. After that, our stay there was great! The house was spacious for us, (5 adults and 2 kids). It came with all the amenities you would like to have in a vacation home, heated pool, jaccuzzi, and a gas grill. However, the layout of the house isn't completely ideal since we had young kids. The main master bedroom is almost completely separated from the main living area. So in order to get to the main house, one either need to walk out the house and take the stairs (lots of them) or walk up a steep spiral staire case, that is about 20 foot drop. So we had our kids to use the main stairs instead of the spiral stair case for safety reason. However, if you would like to have some peace and quiet time alone, it would be in fact perfect! Other than that just like other reviewers mentioned, there are a lot of stairs. However, it's understandable when the house is sitting on a hill with a great view. It also definitely needs some TLC. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. I would recommend anyone who travels to Cabos. Also, this place is next to the most awesome restaurant on a cliff, El Farallon. The view was just simply stunning!"
