"a last minute decision to get away resulted in one of the most relaxing no stress vacations! Found this wonderful little hidden treasure nicely tucked on a hillside in Cabo San Lucas. Located within walking distance to an array of restaurants, entertainment and endless water activities . From the airport we stopped for groceries and loaded up on necessities. Our group was warmly welcomed with "Mexican Hospitality", Margaritas and a tray of botanas to whet our appetites! Our "Meet and Greet" Hostess toured us around the house room by room explaining how the house operates, where to find "in house " amenities such as hair dryers, beach towels etc. Wi-Fi throughout this nicely decorated villa with wonderful Mexican charm. Maid service offered on the days of our choice was a bonus and unexpected surprise . We tipped her well. The layout of the house was perfect for our group with a huge living room and fully equipped kitchen. Two master bedrooms only footsteps from the living area. Right outside the front door was a nice little area to barbecue and relax. The terrace off the living room was our favorite spot to eat or snack at sunset with view to the Marina. A lovely bedroom and terrace was just below us with a living room and fireplace (nice little touch) and huge bathroom. Breakfast was enjoyed on that terrace on several occasions. We spent a majority of the days by the poolside and jacuzzi was a plus. we were recommended a variety of restaurants for every budget and did enjoy our evening outings. The house was so enjoyable we ate lunch and lounged at home just about everyday. We were very comfortable walking into town in the evenings for dinner and some dancing at the local spots. Security in Pedregal was excellent and always friendly. I recommend at least 10 days which basically gives you 8 days of fun and relaxation and two days of flying . Will definitely return hopefully December or January . We had six people in our group and we were beyond more than comfortable. It easily sleeps eight or nine if one has children. The ideal "Home away from Home!""

  • Great vacation home with great amenities and view

"I recently stayed at Villa Las Flores with 12 of my good friends and we had a blast! The home was top notch, very clean, spacious, with a large patio and incredible view of Pedregal Beach and the Pacific. The place easily slept our party with essentially everyone having their own bed, as there were 6 Kings and 6 twins. The pool is a little on the small side compared to some of the other homes in Pedregal, but it did the trick. A bonus about the pool is that it's heated. The highlight of the trip for me was just lounging and sunbathing on the patio with a beer or cocktail in hand, feet in the pool, and listening to tunes on the outdoor speaker system. However, we did go to Medano Beach during the day and downtown at night, and Villa Las Flores is conveniently located to both, only about a 5-10 min cab ride. Nanci, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive leading up the trip, giving recommendations on things to do and answering any questions. We had her provision the home with groceries before arriving, which I'd highly recommend, however, beware lots of the groceries have a 30% import tax, so it can get pretty pricey. Overall, it was a great stay with great service. I look forward to coming back."

  • Life styles of the rich and famous!

"What a great house and property! Fantastic ocean views. We spent 5 days at the villa with 7 couples for two 50th birthdays, each couple had their own ocean view suite. The large square footage of the villa and the separated suites in different buildings on the property gave each couple a quiet, personal space but yet just footsteps away from the central entertainment area and pool. The house manager and his wife (who was also the chef) did an amazing job and were very accommodating. We hired the bartender for 3 of the afternoon/nights during our stay and basically didn't have to lift a finger! Their rates were very reasonable. I was able to plan each day's menu with the chef and gave them a grocery list for food and alcohol to keep the house stocked to make our own breakfasts and lunches when we wanted to. Easy access to downtown Cabo and Pedregal. The house manager recommended a car service that we used to shuttle us around whenever we needed him. Massages can be set up at the house or booked at Pedregal spa just down the hill. I would definitely recommend to the most discerning of people and plan to re-book in the future!"

  • A relaxing, perfect way to bring in the new year!

"Where do I begin... Villa Kanga is an amazing place to spend a week. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. Everything we did associated with Villa Kanga we did without a hitch. Booking was very easy with Fiona. She clearly takes pride in everything she does. Communicates clearly and always in a timely manner. Offers all services including names and phones numbers/e-mails to everything we where looking for. Transportations was waiting for us at the airport (refreshments included, nice touch). Melani was waiting at the house for our arrival. We had set up a welcome package with drinks/appetizers. Brief massages where also available when we arrived. It was almost overwhelming as we couldn't sit down and enjoy our drinks because of our excitement at how beautiful the house was. We worked with Victor to have a Chef in the 1st evening (Dec 31st) as it was my son"s 28th Bday. Dinner was Delis. Victor topped it off with a Birthday cake for my Son. Food was amazing. Would highly recommend working with Victor and treating your selves to a dinner prepared at the house. I encourage a nice tip for this service, it was well worth it. We also worked with Victor to set up an excursion/transportation on one of the days. Everyone loved it. I also had Victor stock the house with some adult bev's that where available upon arrival. Victor again did a great job taking care of everything. The gal that cleaned the house did a great time. Remember to leave her a nice tip, she is worth it. The pool was everything we had hoped for. We did however have it heated everyday. We are glad we did otherwise it would have been to cold. One day we thought maybe the heater had been turned off? We called Melani and within hours the heat was back to a great temp. Distance to the Marina was exactly that, 5 minutes. Super easy, safe walk. We loved how close it was as the young adults traveling with us went into town every evening for the night life. They said its the best night life they have every seen on vacation. So of course they were very happy with their experience. A couple small convenience store close so getting more water, etc was very easy. The people Fiona works with are amazing. We were treated so well. I would recommend Villa Kanga. Trust me you will not be dissappointed."
