    "a last minute decision to get away resulted in one of the most relaxing no stress vacations! Found this wonderful little hidden treasure nicely tucked on a hillside in Cabo San Lucas. Located within walking distance to an array of restaurants, entertainment and endless water activities . From the airport we stopped for groceries and loaded up on necessities. Our group was warmly welcomed with "Mexican Hospitality", Margaritas and a tray of botanas to whet our appetites! Our "Meet and Greet" Hostess toured us around the house room by room explaining how the house operates, where to find "in house " amenities such as hair dryers, beach towels etc. Wi-Fi throughout this nicely decorated villa with wonderful Mexican charm. Maid service offered on the days of our choice was a bonus and unexpected surprise . We tipped her well. The layout of the house was perfect for our group with a huge living room and fully equipped kitchen. Two master bedrooms only footsteps from the living area. Right outside the front door was a nice little area to barbecue and relax. The terrace off the living room was our favorite spot to eat or snack at sunset with view to the Marina. A lovely bedroom and terrace was just below us with a living room and fireplace (nice little touch) and huge bathroom. Breakfast was enjoyed on that terrace on several occasions. We spent a majority of the days by the poolside and jacuzzi was a plus. we were recommended a variety of restaurants for every budget and did enjoy our evening outings. The house was so enjoyable we ate lunch and lounged at home just about everyday. We were very comfortable walking into town in the evenings for dinner and some dancing at the local spots. Security in Pedregal was excellent and always friendly. I recommend at least 10 days which basically gives you 8 days of fun and relaxation and two days of flying . Will definitely return hopefully December or January . We had six people in our group and we were beyond more than comfortable. It easily sleeps eight or nine if one has children. The ideal "Home away from Home!""

  • Beautiful view and across from the beach!

    "My family spent 8 days at the beautiful Casa Brisa Del Mar. I loved staying here. The house is very modern and had everything we needed to cook and bake, both of which we do a lot. The hot tub and infinity pool facing the Pacific were amazing. We spent a lot of our time there. Dining at the table and watching the sunset was another favorite. Beware: the stone floors are very unforgiving when you drop things or knock something over, so we ended up replacing a few wine glasses. The glass shatters in a million pieces so bring a comfy pair of house slippers, just in case. I'd suggest using plastic, of which there is plenty for pool-friendliness. The beach entry is directly across the street, so that was fun too. There is also a large playground at the base of the driveway, where I played with my nephews. It has a basketball court, slide, swings and fort. Lots of fun! There is lots to do right around the house and lots of books too, if you just want to hang out in the hammock. I liked that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had Pacific-facing balconies.The beds are very comfortable and Maribelle came to clean every day. She was so sweet and wonderful but I would probably choose every other day next time. The staff is helpful and kind. If there is any issue, they will come fix it immediately. The hot tub wasn't hot enough for us, so we emailed one night and they came the next morning to turn it up to our desired temp. The pool cleaners came twice and were unobtrusive and kind. We rented a car, but it is just as easy to call for a cab if you want to go into town. The walk to town is hilly but not super long so that's possible too if you don't mind the heat. We ended up staying at the house a lot but also went shopping, golfing and boating. p.s. if you rent a car, be prepared to pay for the Mexican insurance, which is expensive. We have tried many companies, but there is no getting around this. I definitely would stay here again!"

  • It was a trip I will never forget!

    "Georgous view of the marina and I loved the layout of the house. It was so different! The pool is perfect and convenient for whenever you want to get in. The onsite concierge, Rudolfo, was very nice , the driver Manuel who picked us up from the airport was super friendly and Coco and Rosa the housekeepers were so pleasant to have around when they were there to clean. Me and my friends had such an amazing time that we hope to go back soon. Everyone made us feel welcomed including the locals and we appreciated very minute of our stay!"

  • A+++++++

    "We stayed 5 days. The place was amazing and very clean. The view was also amazing. We thought the place was better than the pictures. From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described and just as the instructions given to us. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Beach towels and bath towels were provided. There was also a washer and dryer in the house to clean our clothes. The housekeeper came by every couple of days to clean and replace the linens and towels which was perfect. Although Francisco, the property manager was always available, we truly never needed him. However, when we asked the housekeeper, about gas for the grill, she contacted him and he brought a full tank while we were out. The house had plenty of room and space for all 8 of my group. Before arriving, we had some concerns about safety but the entire area of Pedregal was very safe. Everyone in the neighborhood was also very friendly. We walked to the private beach nearby which was about a 15 minute walk. The walk wasn't bad and the beach was amazing although it wasn't a swim beach. Cab rides to and from the downtown area where everything is, cost around $15, which wasn't too bad for 8 people but sometimes we chose to walk, which was also about a 15 minute walk, mostly downhill, and took a cab ride back. Before our stay, we had a couple of questions which were quickly answered by the owner. We took the owner's advice and used Danny Boy to provide our airport transportation. We even hired them to take us to the grocery store when we arrived and for a day to take us to Todos Santos. They were always on time and affordable. There truely isn't anything bad anyone in my group had to say about our stay. We would definitely stay here again and hated to leave. Thanks Angie!"
