  • Beautiful Location and spacious home

"We enjoyed our week stay and it is a very spacious home. We did have an issue with the AC in living room but it was taken care of immediately. There are a lot of stairs in the some and especially going to the master bedroom suit and wouldn't recommend for elderly visitors. Overall it is beautiful home with spectacular view and roomy spaces."

  • Fantastic view, Fantastic People, Fantastic everything

"We stayed at the Cabo Penthouse the Week of November 21 2016. Everything was fabulous from the condo itself and the amenities to the service and friendliness of the management company. The unit offers stunning views of Cabo. You can literally sit and stare for hours soaking up the morning sun and having a coffee and amaretto. the kitchen offers everything to cook a whole meal or just a light snack. We ate out most nights but we did cook on the stove for breakfast. This might be the most sleep I have ever had on a vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I was asleep most nights within 2 minutes. The people within the complex are very friendly and offer up great recommendations for restaurants and night life opportunities. Thanks to Mike and Jodi and Rod and Chandra for their hospitality. The unit could not have been more perfect for the week and we thank Lyle for giving us the chance to rent a little bit of Cabo luxury. Highly recommend this rental if you are going to Cabo. Lyle was correct in recommending a rental car. The cab fares can add up into a week rental of a vehicle easily. the walk down to town is not bad. But the walk up is a death march!!!! The beach is walkable but I recommend a ride to and from it."

  • Adventure location in itself!

"We were 10 guys, we all had a brand new confortable bed, 5 bathrooms, you really dont imagine that below the street level you will find such a unique house, they literally carved it on the mountain rock and then sealed all possible cracks to avoid water or bugs. This was like going to Universal Studios.. (for grown ups). The living room is a dream very wide and with like 40 ft sliding doors opening, no columns, directly to the marina view, at night looked like NY or Vegas all lighted. optic wifi makes a lot of difference. Hot tub takes like 10 minutes and you have to turn the timer every time. The propane BBQ is very nice. And double kitchen.. helps. Definetevely not Buckingham Palace...and rather than a beach house is a rock house, and we made it Rock!!! going to town is 3 blocks , but the amenities Pedregal has are to die for, private beach, spa and gym, tennis courts, and private security, wow we felt like Rock Stars.. hope to come again next year..."

  • Great vacation home with great amenities and view

"I recently stayed at Villa Las Flores with 12 of my good friends and we had a blast! The home was top notch, very clean, spacious, with a large patio and incredible view of Pedregal Beach and the Pacific. The place easily slept our party with essentially everyone having their own bed, as there were 6 Kings and 6 twins. The pool is a little on the small side compared to some of the other homes in Pedregal, but it did the trick. A bonus about the pool is that it's heated. The highlight of the trip for me was just lounging and sunbathing on the patio with a beer or cocktail in hand, feet in the pool, and listening to tunes on the outdoor speaker system. However, we did go to Medano Beach during the day and downtown at night, and Villa Las Flores is conveniently located to both, only about a 5-10 min cab ride. Nanci, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive leading up the trip, giving recommendations on things to do and answering any questions. We had her provision the home with groceries before arriving, which I'd highly recommend, however, beware lots of the groceries have a 30% import tax, so it can get pretty pricey. Overall, it was a great stay with great service. I look forward to coming back."
