  • Exceptional in every way.

"Location, views, amenities and courteous and helpful people. Casa de la Sirena was exceptional in every way. We had a fabulous time here with 5 other couples this past winter and would not hesitate to go back. Stunningly beautiful and spacious both inside and out, every couple could wake up and watch the whales from their own individual room. The exterior pools, hot tub and bar area quickly became our "living area." We never missed a sunset and the outside was every bit as inviting as the tastefully appointed and comfortable interior. A spacious kitchen, theater room and living room easily accommodated our group with room to spare. Many of us took the easy downhill walk into town or to the beach on several occasions and most of us would walk back up. A two minute cab ride can spare you the uphill exercise if you prefer. Kristen was extremely helpful both before and during our trip and Fabian was knowledgeable, personable, timely and extraordinarily helpful with every need, question or request. Arriving to Margaritas and an authentic Mexican dinner prepared by Gloria was a perfect way to start a week which none of us ever wanted to end. If you are considering this home, I would only tell you that you will never regret the experience of this special place. We went out and bought a mermaid Christmas ornament so we will never forget our wonderful week at Casa de la Sirena!"

  • Beautiful view and across from the beach!

"My family spent 8 days at the beautiful Casa Brisa Del Mar. I loved staying here. The house is very modern and had everything we needed to cook and bake, both of which we do a lot. The hot tub and infinity pool facing the Pacific were amazing. We spent a lot of our time there. Dining at the table and watching the sunset was another favorite. Beware: the stone floors are very unforgiving when you drop things or knock something over, so we ended up replacing a few wine glasses. The glass shatters in a million pieces so bring a comfy pair of house slippers, just in case. I'd suggest using plastic, of which there is plenty for pool-friendliness. The beach entry is directly across the street, so that was fun too. There is also a large playground at the base of the driveway, where I played with my nephews. It has a basketball court, slide, swings and fort. Lots of fun! There is lots to do right around the house and lots of books too, if you just want to hang out in the hammock. I liked that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had Pacific-facing balconies. The beds are very comfortable and Maribelle came to clean every day. She was so sweet and wonderful but I would probably choose every other day next time. The staff is helpful and kind. If there is any issue, they will come fix it immediately. The hot tub wasn't hot enough for us, so we emailed one night and they came the next morning to turn it up to our desired temp. The pool cleaners came twice and were unobtrusive and kind. We rented a car, but it is just as easy to call for a cab if you want to go into town. The walk to town is hilly but not super long so that's possible too if you don't mind the heat. We ended up staying at the house a lot but also went shopping, golfing and boating. p.s. if you rent a car, be prepared to pay for the Mexican insurance, which is expensive. We have tried many companies, but there is no getting around this. I definitely would stay here again!"

  • Great vacation home with great amenities and view

"I recently stayed at Villa Las Flores with 12 of my good friends and we had a blast! The home was top notch, very clean, spacious, with a large patio and incredible view of Pedregal Beach and the Pacific. The place easily slept our party with essentially everyone having their own bed, as there were 6 Kings and 6 twins. The pool is a little on the small side compared to some of the other homes in Pedregal, but it did the trick. A bonus about the pool is that it's heated. The highlight of the trip for me was just lounging and sunbathing on the patio with a beer or cocktail in hand, feet in the pool, and listening to tunes on the outdoor speaker system. However, we did go to Medano Beach during the day and downtown at night, and Villa Las Flores is conveniently located to both, only about a 5-10 min cab ride. Nanci, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive leading up the trip, giving recommendations on things to do and answering any questions. We had her provision the home with groceries before arriving, which I'd highly recommend, however, beware lots of the groceries have a 30% import tax, so it can get pretty pricey. Overall, it was a great stay with great service. I look forward to coming back."

  • Perfect House and Incredible Staff

"We were blown away by this incredible house during my 40th birthday stay, couldn't imagine a better place to celebrate. The gorgeous house overlooks the ocean with a resort feel and ocean views from most rooms. You really don't have to leave the house, the pool is phenomenal as are all of the meals. We got at home massages (easily arranged by butler) and walked to the beach and to play tennis. The owner and staff (butler, chefs, bartender, housekeepers) made us feel completely at home and the entire process and stay were seamless. They truly went above and beyond. I will definitely return to Villa de los Suenos and can't recommend it enough!"
