  • Beyond

"A group of 12 friends stayed at the villa and we were treated like royalty. The staff was beyond attentive without being intrusive. The "special requests" for food preparation were accommodated as if they knew us personally. The rooms were cleaned and pristine every day. Our bedroom view was breathtaking. The layout of the villa lent itself to privacy as well as several areas to convene as a large group without being on top of each other. The pool was perfection. Diego, Hugo and Peeps recommended off site visits, arranged for transportation and made separate runs for whatever provisions we randomly thought of at the moment. What a wonderful experience that met and surpassed every expectation. It's impossible to be disappointed here."

  • Best Vacation in Years!

"After spending a week at Casa Santa Rita, I plan to come back every year at this time. The house has an awesome view, is within easy walking distance to town, and the hot tub is great in the evenings. The house had wifi and the tap water was purified. Pretty much as good as it gets!"

  • Perfect house for 4 couples

"We had a bit of a problem finding the house when we first arrived. Once you get into the gated community, its confusing to find the actual home (the first time) and there was no welcoming committee. It would have been nice to have someone meet us at the guard shack but we finally were able to explain to the guard which house we were staying in because the guards barely spoke English. The house was great. 4 bedrooms, private, quiet, great outdoor area with a pool and bar, however, the pictures make the house look a little newer than it really is. The cleaning lady was amazing. She came for several hours each day and made our beds, swept, washed towels, dishes, etc. Because there was no one there to greet us or show us around the house when we first arrived, we had to find the clean pool towels and learn how to operate the TV's, ceiling fans and Jacuzzi on our own. We finally had the property manager come over to give us a tour the next day but we had to reach out instead of him greeting us. Our chef was incredible. He cooked us amazing dishes as well as daily guacamole, salsa and margaritas. We loved taking walks around the private, gated community and looking at all of the beautiful homes. We felt very safe but its a far walk from the beach. All downhill and you are not allowed to swim at that beach. You have to drive a few minutes to another beach to swim. The only real complaint was when we were in the car and ready to leave to the airport for our return trip home and the property manager had the nerve to ask us for $40.00 to pay for 2 wine glasses that we accidentally broke. We all know you could buy a box of wine glasses at Costco or Walmart for $20.00. We were offended that we would ask us to pay for the 2 glasses after all of the money we paid to stay at the house stay. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely stay at this house again."
