  • Life styles of the rich and famous!

"What a great house and property! Fantastic ocean views. We spent 5 days at the villa with 7 couples for two 50th birthdays, each couple had their own ocean view suite. The large square footage of the villa and the separated suites in different buildings on the property gave each couple a quiet, personal space but yet just footsteps away from the central entertainment area and pool. The house manager and his wife (who was also the chef) did an amazing job and were very accommodating. We hired the bartender for 3 of the afternoon/nights during our stay and basically didn't have to lift a finger! Their rates were very reasonable. I was able to plan each day's menu with the chef and gave them a grocery list for food and alcohol to keep the house stocked to make our own breakfasts and lunches when we wanted to. Easy access to downtown Cabo and Pedregal. The house manager recommended a car service that we used to shuttle us around whenever we needed him. Massages can be set up at the house or booked at Pedregal spa just down the hill. I would definitely recommend to the most discerning of people and plan to re-book in the future!"

  • Over The Top !! This place rates 10 stars on a scale of 1 to 5 !!

"Absolutely the best vacation of my life. This was a group trip of eight forty something guys who needed to get away from the grind and get back to the roots of a 40+ year friendship. The experience needs to be reviewed on two levels, the Villa itself, and the staff, and both were completely over the top. The villa..... best villa in Cabo, by far. It's location on the cliffside made for majestic views both north and south. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday. The villa itself is HUGE ! You can literally get lost in this place. The pool deck and main areas are wide open and able to accomodate a huge party or wedding, and the house sleeps something like 26 people, but there are many places to get away and have a private moment. The staff..... the staff is what makes this place so special. By the end of our stay, they were like family. Hugo, the house manager made sure we wanted for NOTHING. From transportation, food, and booze, to tickets to the hottest concert in town, we were completely take care of. Apparently there is no word for "no" at Villa Buena Vida. In addition to Hugo, we had Diego, keeping the red solo cups full and passing out the beers poolside. We had Benny and Ricardo, the house cooks, making everything from authentic mexican meals to poolside barbecue for us. Also at least six or eight other staff members cleaning and taking care of details. If you want to go to Cabo and be treated like a rock star, this is the place to go. Can't wait to return next year."

  • Amazing Experience in the best Cabo villa

"We were 18 adults and had the best time! Some of us said it was their best vacation ever! The villa is one of the largest, well located and decorated homes in Pedregal with unbelievable views. Yadira, Jessica and staff were over the top helpful and just made the experience so much better. The house is in a gated and guarded community and only 15 minutes from downtown Cabo by car. When you call for a cab, they are their usually within 10-15 minutes. We go massages at home with chef cooked meals which was delicious. We had the fridge and entire kitchen stocked with food prior to our arrival which was very convinient (extra charge but well worth it). I highly recommend it to any large parties and we can't wait to go back again to Villa La Roca."

  • Beautiful view and across from the beach!

"My family spent 8 days at the beautiful Casa Brisa Del Mar. I loved staying here. The house is very modern and had everything we needed to cook and bake, both of which we do a lot. The hot tub and infinity pool facing the Pacific were amazing. We spent a lot of our time there. Dining at the table and watching the sunset was another favorite. Beware: the stone floors are very unforgiving when you drop things or knock something over, so we ended up replacing a few wine glasses. The glass shatters in a million pieces so bring a comfy pair of house slippers, just in case. I'd suggest using plastic, of which there is plenty for pool-friendliness. The beach entry is directly across the street, so that was fun too. There is also a large playground at the base of the driveway, where I played with my nephews. It has a basketball court, slide, swings and fort. Lots of fun! There is lots to do right around the house and lots of books too, if you just want to hang out in the hammock. I liked that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had Pacific-facing balconies. The beds are very comfortable and Maribelle came to clean every day. She was so sweet and wonderful but I would probably choose every other day next time. The staff is helpful and kind. If there is any issue, they will come fix it immediately. The hot tub wasn't hot enough for us, so we emailed one night and they came the next morning to turn it up to our desired temp. The pool cleaners came twice and were unobtrusive and kind. We rented a car, but it is just as easy to call for a cab if you want to go into town. The walk to town is hilly but not super long so that's possible too if you don't mind the heat. We ended up staying at the house a lot but also went shopping, golfing and boating. p.s. if you rent a car, be prepared to pay for the Mexican insurance, which is expensive. We have tried many companies, but there is no getting around this. I definitely would stay here again!"
