  • Whales!

    "Stunning villa, right on the very tip of the Baja peninsula. Whales blowing and breaching all the time. Bring binoculars! The local staff, Ismael and Martha were friendly and helpful but had a somewhat limited ability with English. No big deal. One piece of advice: if you have issues with steps (bad knees, arthritis, etc.) this place could be a problem. Absolutely gorgeous property, but there will be climbing and descending."

  • Perfect house for 4 couples

    "We had a bit of a problem finding the house when we first arrived. Once you get into the gated community, its confusing to find the actual home (the first time) and there was no welcoming committee. It would have been nice to have someone meet us at the guard shack but we finally were able to explain to the guard which house we were staying in because the guards barely spoke English. The house was great. 4 bedrooms, private, quiet, great outdoor area with a pool and bar, however, the pictures make the house look a little newer than it really is. The cleaning lady was amazing. She came for several hours each day and made our beds, swept, washed towels, dishes, etc. Because there was no one there to greet us or show us around the house when we first arrived, we had to find the clean pool towels and learn how to operate the TV's, ceiling fans and Jacuzzi on our own. We finally had the property manager come over to give us a tour the next day but we had to reach out instead of him greeting us. Our chef was incredible. He cooked us amazing dishes as well as daily guacamole, salsa and margaritas. We loved taking walks around the private, gated community and looking at all of the beautiful homes. We felt very safe but its a far walk from the beach. All downhill and you are not allowed to swim at that beach. You have to drive a few minutes to another beach to swim. The only real complaint was when we were in the car and ready to leave to the airport for our return trip home and the property manager had the nerve to ask us for $40.00 to pay for 2 wine glasses that we accidentally broke. We all know you could buy a box of wine glasses at Costco or Walmart for $20.00. We were offended that we would ask us to pay for the 2 glasses after all of the money we paid to stay at the house stay. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely stay at this house again."

  • Best Vacation in Years!

    "After spending a week at Casa Santa Rita, I plan to come back every year at this time. The house has an awesome view, is within easy walking distance to town, and the hot tub is great in the evenings. The house had wifi and the tap water was purified. Pretty much as good as it gets!"

  • A+++++++

    "We stayed 5 days. The place was amazing and very clean. The view was also amazing. We thought the place was better than the pictures. From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described and just as the instructions given to us. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Beach towels and bath towels were provided. There was also a washer and dryer in the house to clean our clothes. The housekeeper came by every couple of days to clean and replace the linens and towels which was perfect. Although Francisco, the property manager was always available, we truly never needed him. However, when we asked the housekeeper, about gas for the grill, she contacted him and he brought a full tank while we were out. The house had plenty of room and space for all 8 of my group. Before arriving, we had some concerns about safety but the entire area of Pedregal was very safe. Everyone in the neighborhood was also very friendly. We walked to the private beach nearby which was about a 15 minute walk. The walk wasn't bad and the beach was amazing although it wasn't a swim beach. Cab rides to and from the downtown area where everything is, cost around $15, which wasn't too bad for 8 people but sometimes we chose to walk, which was also about a 15 minute walk, mostly downhill, and took a cab ride back. Before our stay, we had a couple of questions which were quickly answered by the owner. We took the owner's advice and used Danny Boy to provide our airport transportation. We even hired them to take us to the grocery store when we arrived and for a day to take us to Todos Santos. They were always on time and affordable. There truely isn't anything bad anyone in my group had to say about our stay. We would definitely stay here again and hated to leave. Thanks Angie!"
