  • Summer Family Vacation

"This was our first visit to Villa Sirena and will not be our last. We were traveling with our two teenage daughters and our nephews. The house and property is beautiful, tastefully decorated and conveniently located to all the resorts activities. The layout of the house allows for togetherness, but also privacy (wonderful when traveling with older teens/20 somethings who may want to stay up later than us!). The views are spectacular. Each evening was a treat to watch beautiful sunsets or spectacular lightning shows from the covered veranda. Personal staff is provided and were exceptional in arranging activities, daily meals of our choice (delicious) and cleanliness of villa. They were superb in doing all of this in a manner as to still give us our privacy. We had access to all the amenities of the Four Seasons Resort which was top notch. The beaches and pools are beautiful. This was a wonderful trip. The kids said "best trip ever" and we are all looking forward to our next visit."

  • Beautiful Place!

"We just came back from our stay! This is a beautiful vacation home , clean, safe and well taken care of. The pool is the heart and centre of this home, spent many sunny days splashing and lounging around enjoying every minute. We are so impressed with the service received from the very start , Eunice was on top of it and her service was excellent , Mitch was just awesome and there for anything we needed. The maid Lupa works very hard to keep the house clean , it was such treat to come back from the beach to a clean home. The nature , flowers and trees that surround the home is so beautiful , a peaceful sanctuary. If you like yoga bring your mat and practice on the roof top! The location is absolutely perfect not to far from the beach but far enough from noise in town. The beds are comfy , everyone had restful sleep and plenty of clean towels daily. We've been to Sayulita a few times and this place felt special compared to the others. It all starts with service for us and we felt it was top notch. Truly a magical place !!!"

  • Gorgeous condo, beautiful views!

"What a gorgeous condo! The unit is level with the pool so it has the most spectacular of the water and easy access to the beach. The location is off of the main street of Punta Mita, which we preferred, but a quick and easy walk to "town" within a few minutes. No car needed. A great restaurant is directly across the street, and a small store with most of the essentials is right around the corner. Surfboard and paddle board storage is right in front, and the condo had all the amenities we needed including reliable internet. The owner and property manager were so sweet, and very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return!"

  • Little bit of Paradise

"I hesitate to write this review for very selfish reasons. My wife and I stayed in Casa Perros for two weeks in July and LOVED every minute of it. Greg is an excellent host who is always there when you need him but never there when you don't. A great balance of knowing someone has your back without being intrusive at all. The Casa is just perfect with literally everything you need for staying in Paradise. The kitchen is everything you need, the bathroom and shower is an experience of craftsmanship, the air conditioners work really well and the deck ... the deck is simply amazing with an incredible view of Sayulita and the ocean. Furthermore, the Casa is in a great location, a 5 min walk from the beach and the the town plaza. Every day my wife and I would get up, have a little breakfast and coffee on the deck, go down to the beach for a few hours, have a late lunch in any one of the amazing street restaurants, head back up the steep hill (it is steep but not long) past the giant iguanas and land crabs and chickens and roosters and back to the Casa for an afternoon siesta. In the evening we would head back into the heart of Sayulita surrounding the plaza and have an amazing and authentic Mexican meal, go for a stroll along the beach and back up the hill to our beautiful little Casa. Like I say, a little bit of paradise. Thanks Greg and Juicy (Greg's little Chihuahua) for an amazing stay. We look forward to staying with you again."
