  • Winter Break with the Family

"I was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the villa and it was even more beautiful then it appears in the photos! My family spent a week at the villa (7 of us, ages 60-21) and we couldn't believe how fast the week flew by! Karina, the house manager, arranged a chef, driver, and excursion company for us and everything worked out perfectly. She made sure to organize everything before we arrived and even stocked the fridge and bar for us. She was a beyond helpful resource who quickly answered any questions I had and helped us make some many amazing plans to celebrate a very special birthday in the group! She even arranged for masseuses to come to the house one day (they were great! and very affordable!) and for a company to drop off some stand-up paddle boards. For entertainment, the house has 2 smart TVs, wi-fi, a ping-pong table and a few beach chairs and kayaks. Needless to say, we never got bored! Both the cooking staff and cleaning staff were wonderful as well! Everyone was so nice! While we were a little worried about being away from all of the resorts, we felt so safe at the house (with multiple gates, guard dogs, and security) and we really enjoyed how relaxing it was to be away from all of the city's hustle & bustle. If you plan to go out in Cancun or Isla Mujeres often, it might be a bit of a trek, but we only left the house twice so we were perfectly fine with driving roughly 40 minutes to get into the cities. We hope to return soon!!"

  • Quiet Cancun Vacation

"My wife and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in this apartment. It is perfect for couples looking for a quiet vacation away from the main tourist area. It is a short walk to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, and we liked it there so much we went 4 times. Great beaches, activities, and restaurants. Be careful with taxis, some are honest and some take advantage of tourists. We suggest you call Roberto at 998 201 53 89, he is a wonderful man and will charge much less than you would expect. It isn't difficult to get around on public transit, especially if you can speak a little Spanish. The view from the balcony is amazing, there is a nice pool area, and the beach is close by. Natalia lives on the property and is only an email or phone call away...and if she doesn't hear from you for a few days she contacts you to make sure all is well. The only minor issue we had was a lack of coffee mugs and we had 4 brand new ones the next day. Natalia is very warm and welcoming and she is truly available, it is not just a sales comment on her site. We were really impressed that there is a phone in the room with free calls locally and to the US and Canada."

  • Best family vacation location ever!

"Annabel's condo measures up to the description in every way and more. The beautiful inside spaces are within steps of the pool and amazing Caribbean Sea. There were 7 of us and the set up was perfect. The condo has great gathering spaces and lots of room to spread out and be apart as well. Three spacious bedrooms all have their own private bathroom, plus there is another half bath off the laundry. The beach is amazing, the sand is sugar soft, and we virtually had the beach to ourselves every day all week. Incredible! Just down by the street was a great little restaurant called Tacun. Great food, drinks, and even mariachis on our last night. The bus stop is just steps away, and there is a convenience store, a pharmacy, and a mall right across the street. Estephan was amazing. He sang for us, set us up at the beach and pool with chairs and umbrellas and floaties. He even cut open a couple of coconuts for the kids. He was so friendly and jovial, greeting us warmly every time we arrived or left. Annabel provided great recommendations for outings and gave us wonderful tips about the best and most economical way to do things. Our favorite outings were Isla Mujeres and XelHa! If you are looking for a quiet getaway, away from the party scene, consider Annabel's condo."

  • Fantastic Vacation Experience!

"From the very beginning Jamie is truly a pleasure to work with! From the planning stage all the way through until we arrived home, we knew we could count on Jamie to answer our questions and help us. The resort is beyond words. There is so much to do... relax, play, eat and enjoy. That is what vacations are about. We will definitely work with Jamie to plan our next stay with our daughters and grandchildren. We are all looking forward to our next Palace Vacation!"
