We had a great stay. The villa is comfortable & spacious. The pool is lovely. Owners & management company are extremely responsive and friendly. Really peaceful location, couldn't recommend the villa enough. Thank you Mike & Ann!

Well impressed with the location and the property, obviously an up and coming area. The layout of the property was good with only two of the bedrooms next to each other.Kitchen facilities were great although a larger deep freeze would have been good.A TV in all the rooms would have created a better separation when members just wanted to watch a different program or just be away from the crowd.The home phone wasn't present until we looked in the cupboard above the wall telephone socket. We didn't connect it as we were not sure why it wasn't already in place and we had two cell phones that we could use so left it where it was.The pool area was great, we took off the pool cover, (Thought this would have been done prior to arrival) and we moved the fence as there were no children and replaced both items prior to leaving.The garden light took some time to find the switch but found it eventually in the fuse box but not marked appropriately.An unexpected visit from the pool cleaners on the day before we left. We asked them to leave the chlorine pool cleaner for us to put in the pool as we still had a day to go and if the chlorine was put in then we would have lost the use for our last full day, we added it that night.The single beds could do with some attention as the slightest move caused the headboard to rattle even when pulled away from the wall.All in all we were all impressed and would use it again.Only a couple of niggles but fully enjoyed.Cheers to Ann & Mike

Definitely a 10 out of 10! We have just returned from a blissful, peaceful holiday. The home itself was wonderfully equipped, with everything supplied .Many an hour enjoyed sitting on the lanai, watching all the bird and animal life. As ex holiday home owners ourselves, we found that this home was of an exceptional standard. Even hurricane Helene didn't affect us much and the owners were in constant communication during this time, keeping us aware of what to do. Well done Diane and David.

We are so grateful to Tom for renting out his home so that we can get to experience this wonderful island! It is absolute paradise defined. The house is immaculate and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is more than you would ever need with incredible American size washing facilities which is always a helpful bonus. Tom was so helpful guiding my son with his passion for fishing and giving us helpful tips for island living! We would love to return in the future. Our evening bike rides along the little lanes are very missed already! Small note: you can also rent the next door adjoining property also owned by Tom if you were a larger party or two families etc.

Andy is a great host. Communication was excellent and the property as described and in nice location.

We had a wonderful time in this well equipped accommodation. Everything that you needed was here. Very clean and modern. The area is great for relaxing by the sea or finding eateries nearby. Perfect for two. We would recommend this property and we would certainly return.
