Beautiful cottage on the ocean. This was our 3rd visit. We love Novembers. The weather was perfect and as always Serenity was spotless and inviting. Marsha is amazing. She had everything we needed to make our turkey and ham for Thanksgiving. There was great communication with Marsha before our stay. We enjoyed a great last minute end of summer stay at this property with our son and my sister and her boys (my nephews) and our 2 little dogs. The house is really great and very roomy. The bathrooms are upgraded. We love that we were all on the same floor. Roomy kitchen and main living area. Short walk to the beach access and John's Drive In (best dolphin Boats at OBX ). We will bookmark and try to make it down again - thanks for a great vacation to end our summer 😄

We stayed at The Good Stuff with our kids. The downstairs with the pool table and futons was a perfect hang-out for our older guys, plus the bedroom and bathroom made it so that they had their own private suite. It was easy to cook meals at this house since the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and serve meals. The open floor plan upstairs made it easy and enjoyable to be together, the ac and ceiling fans, as well as the furniture made this home super comfortable. Kids also had fun on the Wii! Being able to cross right across the street to get to the beach was super convenient, as were the chairs and umbrella that Cindy provided. The hot tub was fabulous for taking in the sunsets from the back deck. Any store that may be needed is nearby, along with a Duck donuts, and Winks ice cream is just a short walk away. The view across the street is gorgeous. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My family and I loved how clean and well maintained the house was. It was perfect for us and we would absolutely consider staying there again.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 3 and our 2 fur children! Layout of the house was perfect with a 1 year old and the location was perfect as we weren't far from anything! We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the sun and just hanging out!

This cottage is adorable and the view of the ocean from the house is relaxing and good for the soul. You can hear the surf with the windows closed, in your bed. If watching the shore birds, dolphins, ocean and cloud patterns is a big part of why you seek the beach and you do not have a huge group needing more space, Lemonade Cottage is a great choice. The deck is relatively new and surrounds the house so there is always a place to relax out of the elements. It was a perfect week, just as anticipated. Thank you Kim and Mark for your hospitality and attention to detail.

This house was everything we wanted for our OBX vacation. A classic beach box that reminded me of the houses I stayed in growing up visiting the crystal coast of NC. Mark was readily available and genuinely seemed to care about our experience at his family’s property. We have already booked for next year. Thank you Mark & family!
