San Francisco rentals with pool

San Puncho is a cute little town and reasonably flat which was very important as my wife has mobility issues.The condo was very clean and on the shady side of the building and cool even in 28C weather.(no air conditioner needed! Our host was great and help us deal with a front door lock issue quickly and professionally. Brian helped us have a great visit! Two amazing pools and not many people at the resort. Some buildings on the property are abandoned but the pools are in great shape and the suite is wonderful.

The accommodations were wonderful, could walk to all the restaurants, shops, the beach. The town is really nice.

We were a group of 7 celebrating a birthday, and this villa couldn't have been more perfect for us! The pictures in the listing don't quite capture how incredible the view is - the sunsets were so picturesque they almost looked fake. We were hit with incredibly high temperatures and humidity (October) but the rooms had a/c which was a life-saver. Staff was incredibly responsive and lovely to deal with. Get a golf cart as soon as you arrive - you'll use it every day to run into town. Would stay again and look forward to another trip to San Pancho in the future!

The house was very clean, beautifully appointed and perfect for two couples; our usual plans involve dinner out one night, in the next, and the kitchen was great for cooking in. The living room and dining areas were great for entertaining or a quiet evening with Netflix. The decks and lots of doors/windows made the air circulation breezy and fresh. Having laundry facilities was wonderful! The bars close by can indeed be noisy late into the night, that might be bothersome for some but fans and AC made it workable for us. Michelle was very responsive to any questions or requests, I would recommend Casa Aerie highly!

Beautiful property with a comfy primary sweet and bad. Love the pool and the privacy. The kitchen was excellent and everything was clean.

Our family of four was very pleased with this property. The accommodations are as the pictures depict: very spacious, clean, comfortable, secure and private. With the high ceilings and fans the house stayed remarkably cool and there was often a nice breeze (plus AC if you need it). All the amenities are there. The large plunge pool and top balcony hammock were especially delightful spots to relax. The location in San Pancho is perfect - tranquil but a very short walk to restaurants etc. Homero was welcoming, understanding and extremely helpfully- very responsive to our queries. I feel like we struck gold with this choice.

Melissa was extremely thorough and helpful before, during and even after our stay when a few items got mistakenly left behind. The house was very spacious with multiple rooms and a small casita. The pool was beautiful and the view of the ocean was outstanding. We loved our stay.
