Holiday rentals near Lanta Monkey School

Highly recommend this hotel - we absolutely loved it. We stayed in a 3 bed villa with pool. Good sized pool set in a garden with indoor/outdoor kitchen and lounge area. Good sized bedrooms each with en-suite with outdoor shower. Beds v comfortable. Fresh water and fruit platter delivered daily. Monkeys sometimes visit too! Reception team did everything to make our stay perfect. We ordered breakfast through them, had a takeaway one night when we were tired from diving, organised motorbikes for us, booked airport transfers. They even left a water pistol for my son so he could join in with the crazy Songkran water festival. They thought of everything. Excellent location with loads of beachside restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. V chilled vibe here, perfect to watch the sun go down over a few cold beers. No euro trash bars. Easy to get transport around the island by flagging a taxi or tuk tuk from the bottom of the drive. Absolutely loved the hotel and Koh Lanta

We loved our stay in Pat & Serge's bungalow in Koh Lanta. It is super private and quiet but close to the beach, bars, resteraunts and supermarkets. The bungalow has all the facilities you need and has a lovely feel to it. Pat & Serge are so welcoming and kind and we felt at home straight away. The pool is so good after a day out exploring in the tropical heat. We will be returning! Thanks to Pat & Serge for a wonderful holiday!

This is a great apartment in a blissful setting, and worked really well or our family of four. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, but it’s the micro location that is the star here! Sitting on the terrace, looking out over the private pool to the shared pool to the beach just beyond was incredibly relaxing, amazing sunsets, and the ability to drink our morning tea and a sundowner on the beach we’re just what we were looking for. Being close to three restaurants for dinner (coco tango (closed Mondays) shanti shanti and dirty fish) all of which we would recommend, and Smoon for breakfasts / brunch was very convenient. We had all we needed but in a really chilled and quiet place. It’s not clear from the listing, but there is a concierge on site most days who was helping in arranging trips and transport. The apartment had chilled water, and big covered terrace section which was shady all day so we could sit out, the shared pool was very quiet so we mostly had it to ourselves. 20 ish minutes walk along the beach (at low tide, still a bit of a scramble) to a 711 for beer and atm. Would really recommend, we were very sorry to leave!

Lovely Villa; extremely well equipped in terms of cooking items; crockery and glassware etc. The owner Marco responds very quickly to any requests for information and is extremely helpful. The agent Nick is also very responsive and helpful. There were a couple of issues - which can happen in any villa. The positive from those issues were that they were resolved efficiently. We would be more than happy to stay at this villa again. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend.

We stayed at Sea Life Villa for 2 weeks and found it to be a great property. We travelled as a family with our son and his family. There was plenty of room for the children to run around. They had great fun in the pool and, although not big enough to swim in, the adults enjoyed a cooling dip in the water after the walk up the hill in the sun. The property is set back from the main road but is close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. You can also get a tuk tuk easily if you don't fancy the ten minute walk. Take a torch for walking after sunset. The house is equipped with everything you need and it is cool inside. It was a shame the sun umbrella was broken as there is no shade in the afternoon. We hadn't realised that Sea Life Villa is adjacent to an apartment building but this didn't spoil our enjoyment. It's quiet and peaceful. Thanks for a great stay.
