This lovely annexe is well furnished, with everything provided for comfort, including garden space. It is near enough to Lincoln, so getting about is easy. Check in and out was easy, and owners, who live next door, are on hand to help out, they also checked in regularly to make sure all was okay. All in all a great stay.

I recently stayed here with my partner, our 8 month old, a couple of friends and our dog, we had great communication with the property owner he is so kind and helped us out with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend, the lodge is lovely, clean and modern. Everything about it was 10/10 would definitely book again!

Good property with off road parking for two cars. Nice touch that there was a welcome hamper with a few useful food items. As we were playing golf every day our main requirement was that the beds were comfortable, and they were. The WiFi was good, and the lounge comfortable. The local pub in walking distance serves good food and drinks. We hope to be back next time we are playing at Woodhall Spa.

The lodge was very comfortable and immaculate. Dawn had provided a very nice welcome pack for us which was much appreciated. The lodge was fully equipped and we wanted for nothing. The lodge is situated at the quieter end of Tattershall Lakes which suited us perfectly. Would definitely recommend Dawn’s lodge to anyone wanting to stay in this lovely area of Lincolnshire.

Felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Lovely property with lots of character. Clean and tidy. Slept very well at night. Would highly recommend as a place to stay.
