Vacation rentals near Reeds Gap State Park

This place was amazing. 14 of us stayed (7 teenagers, 2 twentysomethings, 3 forty somethings, and 2 grandparents!!!). From oldest to youngest we ALL loved this place. It fit us all comfortably with lots of space inside. All three levels were set up for constant entertainment. The loft and chill area, main level kitchen and living room was so gorgeous and open, and the basement was entertainment central. Wet bar, guitars, drums on a riser (with strobe lights to boot). The pool table, and other bar games were awesome. Couches in each sitting area were as comfortable as I’ve ever been in!! And then, my goodness, the outdoor space was just as incredible. The hot tub, multiple sitting areas, two level deck, gorgeous creek for ambiance. The night time stars. The woods in behind the property. Everything was serene and pristine! My entire family was blown away to say the least. And Dustin and Sabrina were incredibly responsive and available the whole time. Oh and I can’t forget - the message chair. It was the surprise hit of the long weekend. And I’m sure there’s more I’m missing. If you want a nature filled, outdoorsy small town getaway - this is the place!! This is the first VRBO rental we’ve ever done so the experience has definitely given us tremendous confidence in future rentals as well.
