"Let me just start by saying, we were completely blown away with this unit and the view that came with it! There were a couple of issues that we had but it had nothing to do with Tammy or the management team. The initial check in was a little confusing because the unit is not owned by Phoenix West. So when we spoke to the front desk, they had no info on our stay at all. They basically just take our money for parking and give us our wrist bands for access to the pools and lazy river. Tammy had sent me info the night before on the check in process, but I was still a little confused. On Saturdays, the wait time for an elevator was crazy! We were on the 25th floor and had 7 kids with us..there was no way we could take the stairs! Also, the night before we checked in, I had called the front desk to ensure there would be enough parking for 3 vehicles and I was assured that would not be an issue. The next day when we arrived, I was informed that we would only be allowed to park two vehicles for a 3 bedroom unit. That was probably the most frustrating part.
Once we got to our room..we were in heaven! It smelled so clean and it was very spacious for our large group! Also, being on the 25th floor, we loved getting to sit on the balcony and check out the view.. We probably spotted 15 dolphins during our stay! The lazy river could get crowded at times, but it was never an issue for us. We did have an issue where we only grabbed one key when we went down to the beach and when we came back, it wouldn't work. I called Tammy, and within 5 minutes, she was at our unit with another key to let us in. She was very nice about the whole situation and made us feel totally comfortable about asking her for help. Over all, our stay was amazing and we highly recommend this unit, especially for families with younger children!"
