  • Everything was perfect. The house was wonderful, the owner was great and the location was perfect!

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Carefree home. We have never had a bad experience renting a home but in most cases the pictures are a bit better than the home is, once you arrive. That is not the case here! The home is beautifully kept, and sits in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, convenient to all of the amenities that the Carefree/Cave Creek area has to offer. It is also set up well to handle guests, with each bedroom and adjoining bathroom. Richard, the owner, was great to work with! If there was something needed,(although everything we could have wanted was there) he or his son Michael, were available to take care of it. My wife Frankie and I were proud to be their first customer and hope to return in the future! Thanks for everything Richard! Sincerely, Pat & Frankie"

  • A Wonderful House!

"This house has everything, from extremely comfy beds to an amazing kitchen to numerous decks for outdoors quiet to a gorgeous pool! And so much more! Indoors, the furnishings everywhere were pure Southwest style and there was nothing missing. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of dishes and pots, outdoor grill, outdoor fireplace for toasting marshmallows. Master bedroom had an amazing shower with jets going in every direction and an amazing jacousi-type bathtub. Two bathrooms each, upstairs and down, each uniquely decorated. And, of course, everything was very, very CLEAN! My children and grandchildren enjoyed the ample accommodations downstairs and enjoyed gathering upstairs for family meals around the large dining room table or the outdoor veranda table. Comfy leather sectional around an incredible tree-slice coffee table from which to watch the large-screen T.V. Wonderful spot on the opposite deck to watch the sunset over Black Mountain. So much to do in the environs, even though we hated leaving the house! Hiking and horsebacking riding in the two nearby Maricopa County regional parks, bike riding in Brown Ranch Preserve, fishing on Lake Pleasant, jeeps into Tonto National Forest, bull riding at the arena in a nearby restaurant, wonderful Mexican food. Baseball games and a casino trip (for the adults) in Phoenix, a visit to the unique Musical Instrument Museum, and a ride north to Sedona. We were here for two weeks, one with the older grandsons and family and another with the younger granddaughters and family and there was always something exciting to look forward to, although each family enjoyed different activities. But we all enjoyed what to us from the Northeast is the very unusual vegetation and had fun learning the names of the different cacti. Watching the birds fly back and forth to their nests in the saguarro from the side deck was the best! Jackrabbits, roadrunners, quail all paid us a visit. Thanks Nina and Paul for sharing your wonderful home! And for the special welcoming touch of great coffee and lovely wine! Irma and Woody Graf"

  • Enjoyed our stay. Just like it says, located in a rural area that is very quiet.

"Enjoyed the fresh fruit off the trees and all the wildlife around the yard. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants some privacy."
