Scottsdale Waterfront vacation rentals

I came to Phoenix for a conference and needed a place to stay near downtown. This home was a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Convention center, museums, and Chase Field. Check in was so easy, the house was immaculate, and there was even coffee provided. The mattresses are very firm and I was nervous that it would be uncomfortable, but I slept great while I was there. I will definitely stay here again. Cute, quiet, historic neighborhood! The owners were wonderful to work with and I appreciated the communication. Thanks for having me!

I supply bronze sculpture to galleries in Old Town. This was the perfect location and the host / studio was amazing. I will look for this property again the next time I’m down. Thank you Ric.

We stayed with a few friends over the weekend and it was wonderful. Chance was very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond leading up to our stay. He also checked in every morning to let us know he was available if we had any questions or concerns. The house itself is very nice and the 70s theme was fun to live in for a few days. All of the appliances and electronics were easy to use. I am not an eloquent person, but I would highly recommend staying here. We had a stellar time and Chance is a great host.

At first we were a little concerned over the surrounding area but there were zero issues and the house was absolutely perfect! The manager was great as well and took care of us like family. Great place!

Everything was in order and easy. We had one issue that was no fault to the Owner, but he was on it and was solved quickly! Definitely looking this one up next time we go to AZ!

This home is beautiful and the pictures are accurate. It is within walking distance of Old Town, except when it is 115 degrees like it was when we were there. In that case, it’s only a couple minutes drive to bars, restaurants and the grocery store. The home is well-stocked with all the necessities. Great spot to stay and relax.
