  • Fantastic stay in an straight-out-of-a-magazine mid century architectural gem

"We had a wonderful stay with our family of 6 (4 adults / 2 kids 7 & 11). The vibe of the house was excellent - we loved the architecture, floor to ceiling windows, spacious rooms, and great views. We were fortunate to have perfect Tucson hot weather - a nice relief from the East Coast chill. The deck was nice to spend time out on, and the pool area was perfect for us - nice chairs and umbrellas under a cloudless sky. And pool time was great - we went in several times per day with the pool heated. Plenty of pool toys and lots and lots of towels which let us avoid having to constantly do laundry. The mid-century decor was perfect down to the details - Eames chairs and a great double-sized built in sofa in a living room with plenty of room for all of us to hang out. We loved the aesthetic of the desert landscaping and our kids got a kick out of seeing a few lizards scurrying around. The Foothills area where the house is located is a beautiful area not too far from everywhere. First time back in Tucson since college in the 90s, and the town has really grown and developed significantly. Excellent food shopping nearby down the road from the house at Bashas, and nice spa luxuriating at the Spa at Lowe's Ventana Canyon. Loved brunch at Prep & Pastry (hip & tasty). Downtown has grown in a major way - we enjoyed grilled cheese on an inside out donut with local beers and craft whiskey at Batch, yummy Poke and creative sushi at Obon, and a fun visit to the legendary Hotel Congress. Real deal Mexican Food at BK, and an enjoyable breezy night game of UofA Softball on campus. And oh yeah: In-N-Out Burger - because Double Double [Protein Style] (undeniable). Nice treats in the fridge upon arrival, and small house requests were easily and quickly fulfilled by Anne. We'd be happy to come back again!"

  • Wonderful stay in Green Valley

"We had a great 2 month stay at the Stagecoach House. The weather was great as were the mountain views. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The computer and printer were a nice added touch. Having our own golf cart (provided with rental) was great and made it very easy to get around Quail Creek. It also saved us money on golfing. The golf courses on site are very nice. The décor in this house is second to none, very well done. We have rented numerous places over the past 8 years and Richard and Carol have been one of easiest and nicest people we have dealt with to date. The Green Valley area is very nice and there are very many sightseeing adventures within 35 miles of here. We will come back to this area and this home ( if it is available) for sure. We would recommend this home and the area to anybody. Randy And Judy"

  • Fantastic historic house right in the middle of everything!

"Rented this great home on New Year's weekend. We used all of the rooms, and everything was just perfect. Jack was very nice and easy to communicate with. House was clean and looked better than the photos. Fresh flowers on the table, and they even put out New Years hats and necklaces for all of us. Such a nice touch! The house is located so close to everything you want to do in Bisbee. We walked to all of the restaurants, shops and lounges that weekend. It was so nice to be so close and not have to drive at all. All of my family loved the house and we are renting it again in September."

  • Big and secluded close to U of A.

"Exactly as advertised - no surprises. Very nice! Perfect location for a U of A football game reunion for two families. Comfortable rooms, beds, and linens for at least eight. Large kitchen table easily accommodated eight for extended breakfast. Location is off the street, behind a secure metal gate, and away from any street noises. Close to grocery shopping, downtown, and the U of A campus. Eric was an excellent host offering dinner suggestions and help working the TV (our problems not Eric's units). The Thailand themed home decor was interesting and tasteful. Would return and strongly recommend this property to others."
