  • Relaxing Dog-friendly Getaway

"This was an awesome house with everything we needed: hot tub, grill, proximity to downtown and to beaches, and dog-friendly. The house itself was well-kept with super comfortable beds, and the house manager was very quick to respond to all our questions. There was ample parking off-street. It was a really great weekend and we can't wait to come back!"

  • fantastic fantasy cottage of yore......you just wanna stay and never leave

"as an antiques/vintage lover. ,this cottage was so complete of comfort and loveliness......including the garden. to be in monetecito and feel like its another era, and to be in a space that has not been done over to look like the cover of dwell magazine, but of cottage living......was so special for me. Our host, Suzanne, really understand what a guest wants should they rent her cottage. the location could not have been better, or quieter. we plant to stay again there, soon!! and so you should you. thank Suzanne!!"

  • Beautiful condo, close to shopping, restaurants, UCSB

"My wife and I stayed here for 10 weeks, while we were working at a research program at UCSB. The condo is both beautiful and comfortable, and we really enjoyed it. I especially liked the view of the open nature area right behind the condo, and took many long walks there. The condo is conveniently located near a shopping center with a supermarket and several restaurants, and it's just 2-3 miles from UCSB. I definitely recommend it for university visitors and for vacationers!"

  • Delightful and Unique

"This was a delightful and unique cottage. There was a garden bistro area to drink wine which Janet so generously provided along with eating our bagel with salmon and cream cheese for breakfast. The cottage was clean and had everything needed for a visit to Santa Barbara. I don't think I have ever slept as well with the fresh air, sound of water and scent from the flowers. It was very quiet. Santa Barbara was fun to visit-State Street and the wharf were enjoyable along with the general atmosphere of the town. We would recommend this to any and everyone!"
