  • Very nice place! Helpful owner.

    "We had a great time at this property. It is very well furnished with a well stocked kitchen and JD provides a great written guide. Owner was quite prompt and also helpful with early check in and later check out. I could not get my minivan in the garage because of the angle. But the owner volunteered to come in and help me get it in. I think a more experienced large minivan driver would have no problems but I did not want to ding the rental. I would recommend this property for both business travelers and leisure. Tip: The organic grocery store in Horton plaza has a good selection for people with kids."

  • Light, bright and great managing realtor

    "We cannot say enough good things about this place and the overall experience. Because it's a corner unit, it's infused with light (which is exactly what we want when we flee the northern climate for the month of January). Large, full windows offer bright views of a very happening corner. A community courtyard offers grills and sitting space with tables, benches and nice plantings. On the few days when it did rain during our stay, we were able to use the indoor workout room. On all other days, we put on our fitbits and walked everywhere : restaurants, the grocery store, the harbor, the USS Midway, Seaside Village, Little Italy farmer's market--and to Balboa Park and the zoo (long, but doable walk). With the trolley a block away, we could venture even farther away. Not only were we happy with the unit, but Brandon is, by far, one of the most pleasant, responsive realtors we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with (and we've been using vacation rentals for nearly 10 years)--with great success. The next time we rent in SoCal, we certainly hope to work with Brandon."

  • Unique Property

    "We had a great stay! This property is unique, as it was previously a dry cleaners. It is in a great location, in the downtown/Gaslamp Quarter. We walked to the USS Midway, Seaport Village, Coronado Ferry, Horton Plaza. Not to mention, all the great restaurants. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner(s) were attentive and responded to our emails/texts in a timely fashion. We would definitely consider this property again."
