  • Great location in San Diego

"A very inviting home which was well maintained, clean and decorated with a modern theme. The location was fantastic. We were able to park our car in the attached garage and walk or uber to all of the places we wished to visit. Only a few blocks walk to several restaurants and the Gas Lamp District. There is traffic noise at night but there were white noise machines in every sleeping area. Definitely experienced the excitement of what it is like to live downtown in a big city. JD checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely and left a book with rules and instructions for the home. He also had listed a few restaurant recommendations. I would choose this home over a hotel room anytime if you want to enjoy the feel of a big city in the privacy of your own home."

  • Wonderful Property and Host!

"The property is a well-decorated modern space with enormous sliding screen windows. The building is very secure and well-kept. Brandon is a wonderful host, who was helpful and very accommodating. The very minor issues that I encountered (just a few things that are broken from wear and tear in any VRBO property) were quickly repaired. Just to make sure you gauge your expectations, there is a fair amount of noise from the street due to the location in the Gaslamp (which was no problem for me once I turned on the large fan in the bedroom and muffled it). This was something that I anticipated, but someone who is not familiar with the area may not. Overall, it was one of the best condos I have ever had the pleasure of staying in."

  • Fabulous condo and location!

"The condo is amazing! There's lots of room - cool kitchen & big bathroom. It's very clean and the rooftop deck is awesome! The location is great, you can walk pretty much everywhere or take a short Uber ride. Parking was also very easy! Patti was really great and handled the details like a champ! There's a train that runs until late hours and starts really early. It blows a whistle at the block before and after the building. So if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs, but other than that, this is a great property at a great value!"

  • Light, bright and great managing realtor

"We cannot say enough good things about this place and the overall experience. Because it's a corner unit, it's infused with light (which is exactly what we want when we flee the northern climate for the month of January). Large, full windows offer bright views of a very happening corner. A community courtyard offers grills and sitting space with tables, benches and nice plantings. On the few days when it did rain during our stay, we were able to use the indoor workout room. On all other days, we put on our fitbits and walked everywhere : restaurants, the grocery store, the harbor, the USS Midway, Seaside Village, Little Italy farmer's market--and to Balboa Park and the zoo (long, but doable walk). With the trolley a block away, we could venture even farther away. Not only were we happy with the unit, but Brandon is, by far, one of the most pleasant, responsive realtors we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with (and we've been using vacation rentals for nearly 10 years)--with great success. The next time we rent in SoCal, we certainly hope to work with Brandon."
