  • Light, bright and great managing realtor

"We cannot say enough good things about this place and the overall experience. Because it's a corner unit, it's infused with light (which is exactly what we want when we flee the northern climate for the month of January). Large, full windows offer bright views of a very happening corner. A community courtyard offers grills and sitting space with tables, benches and nice plantings. On the few days when it did rain during our stay, we were able to use the indoor workout room. On all other days, we put on our fitbits and walked everywhere : restaurants, the grocery store, the harbor, the USS Midway, Seaside Village, Little Italy farmer's market--and to Balboa Park and the zoo (long, but doable walk). With the trolley a block away, we could venture even farther away. Not only were we happy with the unit, but Brandon is, by far, one of the most pleasant, responsive realtors we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with (and we've been using vacation rentals for nearly 10 years)--with great success. The next time we rent in SoCal, we certainly hope to work with Brandon."

  • Great location and very roomy loft.

"We read the reviews and came prepared for the noisy upstairs with some earplugs so had no issues sleeping. We really liked the garage-door-style patio. It was nice sitting inside with a big breeze blowing through. Short walk to the convention center and all the night life of Gaslamp without being directly in the thick of it and dealing with the noise that comes from that. Tony with the Cat Cafe was very nice; be sure to stop there for a visit as well. Only reason for 4 stars is there are upgrades needed to make it a 5 star. The floor is uneven, so be aware if you have any difficulty walking on uneven surfaces. We plan on seeing if the place will be available for the convention next year. Would definitely rent again!"

  • Clean, Homey Gaslamp Condo

"Great location in downtown Gaslamp. You can walk almost everywhere. The condo is beautifully decorated. It's very clean and feels like a home. It's fully stocked with everything that you'd need - hair dryer, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. They thought of everything. The owners are extremely easy to work with. Very responsive to emails and text messages. Check in and check out was simple as well. Highly recommend."

  • Wonderful Get Away

"Great location with an easy walk to the convention center (about 10min brisk pace). Also just around the corner from Petco Park although the Padres were on the road during our stay. It was an easy walk to dinner or drinks in the Gaslamp district and access to the highway to explore up or down the coast was close by. We so enjoyed the secure under ground parking-made it a dream to come back from exploring and not have to search for parking. The building itself was secure with locked entries, quiet neighbors, and convenient elevators. We took advantage of the roof top patio and grill, cooking fresh seafood that we picked up at Point Loma Seafood and dining outside. Patti was quite responsive to our inquiries and made booking our stay easy. Beach towels were provided and were most welcome as being from the middle of the country spending time near the ocean was a priority and an easy drive. The kitchen was well stocked and it was great to have a washer and dryer to use. My biggest complaint about the condo was that the carpets needed attention. Hutch, who toured us on our arrival, said that they were cleaned every six months and we had booked at the end of the cycle. Our trip was a combined business and pleasure vacation, first time in San Diego, and went smoothly. I'd recommend this property and San Diego-looking forward to a return trip."
