  • Not to be missed!

"We stayed about 7 weeks at the Robin's Nest with our two little ones and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the beautiful, quiet environment to the cozy, comfortable, and clean house fully stocked with lovely linens and all the kitchen equipment you could want, to the gorgeous natural light and plethora of decks on which to sip coffee and listen to the birds, to the warm wood stove, this was an ideal spot. Rob and Grace were so helpful and kind to our family and made our stay even better than expected (and we knew it would be great!). We can't wait to go back and would give this sweet, cozy cottage 10 stars if possible!"

  • College Girls weekend reunion!

"What a great house to accommodate our college girls weekend reunion! We loved the location for long walks along the shore. Convenient to be at the end of the street for multiple cars to park. We spent a nice day in HMB and Pescadera (SP?) and had some amazing dinners at Mezzaluna and Its Italia! We would definately return!! Thanks for a great VRBO!"

  • Light Airy Retreat with View and Near Bountiful Outdoor Activities

"Upon first glance, we were thrilled. The view as you descend onto the deck was incredible; we could see all the way down the coastline to the city. The open floor plan and giant windows allowed that gorgeous view to frame a light and airy living space. The decor is casual, tasteful, clean and new. We slipped into a relaxing vacation mode with a glass of wine on the deck and watched birds and bountiful butterflies. The sun was shining onto the deck and into the house and a there was a soft coastal breeze. When it came time to cook, we were pleased to find a kitchen stocked with all the pans, glasses, utensils we would need and even some staples and condiments. The generosity of the owner was apparent. The bedrooms kept with the same light, airy feel as the upstairs. The beds were cozy and the bathrooms clean. We had an event at the Pelican Inn, which is a short drive, but did not want to leave the Coastal Home. Although we didn't have time to walk the trail to the beach, we drove down to the main beach for a refreshing swim and a fantastic hike up a trail to look over the cove and ocean. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time. Thank you!"
