  • The property was clean and in a great location.

"The property was perfect! It is bigger than a hotel room, and gave us the option of cooking instead of eating out. We loved it, and would love to stay here again when we go back to San Francisco!"

  • Great Location

"We traveled to San Fransisco for the Thanksgiving weekend and thought renting a house would be much more family friendly than a couple of hotel rooms. And we were right. The common space was huge with lots of seating, as was the dining room. Six of us had plenty of room in the bedrooms and bathrooms too. Great location, as we could walk to Union Square and lots of restaurants. There was a little problem with the thermostat when we arrived but the owner responded right away and the problem was fixed. Would highly recommend this property."

  • Fantastic View + Quiet & Cozy!

"First of all, Patrick (the landlord) is AWESOME and takes great pride in recommending amazing places to eat and visit around the neighborhood, which we loved! We rented the "city lights view" unit, and it was very clean and comfortable. Loved falling asleep in the loft to the view of the city lights! The flowers were in full bloom, so we kept the windows open to take full advantage, and loved waking up to the parrots in the morning. We were also blessed with perfect weather, so the views were breathtaking!"

  • Beautiful from high ceiling to hardwood floors

"This home provided the classic San Francisco experience and then some. The house: charming, homey, high quality beds, bedding, towels, with two newly renovated elegant bathrooms and a new fully stocked kitchen. It is spacious, easily accommodated our 7 adults and one 12 yo. The neighborhood: charming, bustling, with easy access to transportation, walking distance to Safeway and Whole Foods. We did not find the noise form the restaurant downstairs or the street disruptive. Other reviewers commented on the tight entry to the garage, so let me add that we were able to get our Kia Sorento (small SUV) in and out by folding the side mirrors and being careful. Having garage access in SF is a luxury. We arrived Wed early evening and walked the 2 short blocks to the farmers market, bought ravioli and pesto sauce from one vendor, fresh french bread from another, homemade cheese (16 options) from another, asparagus from another, home made soap as a souvenir. We picked up one stick of butter from the corner market and had a feast. We decided to walk up Market to Franklin to start the Big Bus tour, nice 15-minute walk. Our stay in the house made our family wedding even more special."
