Pico vacation rentals

Unit was clean and ready to go when I arrived for my business trip. It’s in a super walkable part of the city near the pier and promenade which made it a great spot to go sight seeing and grab food when I wasn’t working. Owners did a great job of communicating, including a slightly different check-in process. Will stay here again.

The property was well-represented and even more impressive in person. Its location is exactly where you want to be for easy beach access, shopping, and great bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this location and the property owners.

We needed a local place to stay while our home was being renovated and this property checked all the boxes for our needs. The beach bungalow style apartment was clean, check-in was easy, the building was quiet so I had no problem working from “home”, plenty of street parking, and the host was very communicative. Bonus: our pup loved sunning herself on the small enclosed patio.

This place was spacious, very clean and in a great location. We weren’t sure how the parking would work out but we had NO issues.

If you are looking to enjoy a true Southern California experience, in a luxurious, beautifully-appointed, very comfortable spot with a view of the ocean, this is it. My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful property for seven great weeks and enjoyed not only the lovely home, but quick access to Main Street and, of course, the beach. The hosts were so gracious and easy to communicate with, parking was safe and easy, and overall we can't recommend it enough!

Everything as advertised. Easy and accessible and parking permit was key. 4 easy blocks to beach.

The place was spacious, quiet, and close to stores, shops, and restaurants. It is also near parks and tennis courts. We enjoyed our stay.
