  • Fabulous Getaway Retreat!

"We loved our stay at this property in Glen Ellen! The house was charming, immaculately clean, roomy and extremely well stocked. Cooking and eating at the house was a delight. The perfect getaway for 4 couples celebrating my husband's birthday. The location was ideal for our wine tasting adventure, and we all thoroughly enjoyed an outstanding dinner at the Glen Ellen Star. Just a perfect weekend! Thank you Julie and Angelo for sharing your home with us."

  • The perfect getaway for my grown family of 6 in a beautiful private area near Glen Ellen

"Everything worked out perfectly for our long holiday weekend. The beautiful grounds, full of wild herbs and a real potager, the beautiful & comfortable spacious home with a chef's kitchen, the location near some of the best California vineyards, etc. All of it truly made a memorable trip for us. We hope to return every year to this peaceful place."

  • Wonderful home for a girls getaway

"9 of us, all middle-aged professional women, who've been taking a yearly retreat together for a decade, stayed here for the weekend, and had a fabulous time. The owners have done a wonderful job furnishing this lovely home, and it suited our needs perfectly. A great layout makes it possible to gather in one large group, or several smaller ones. Very comfortable beds, (with all the bedrooms on the second floor) luxurious linens, comfortable furniture, good lighting, and beautiful outdoor spaces. Great hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Hiking in the nearby Regional and State Parks was delightful. We hope to return next year."

  • Tuscan Hideaway

"The beauty of the Tuscan Cottage is that you feel like you actually went to Italy. The property is stunning and the Guest House is so well appointed you will not want to leave. Joshua and Tim have created a place that rejuvenates the soul from the minute you drive up to the circular driveway. With the welcome wine and cheese, and Peet's coffee and cream for the morning, we felt at home when we opened the door. The property is very quiet and tucked away, yet very close to the quaint town of Glen Ellen. We are from the area, so we didn't feel the need to visit every winery in Sonoma, but we went to a few that were less than a 10 minutes drive. With so much to do in this area, we really just wanted to be back at the Guest House, which tells you how amazing the property is and how well the owners know how to welcome guests. We had Thanksgiving dinner at El Dorado Kitchen, a great restaurant on Sonoma square. The square was beautiful at night with all the trees lit with white lights. We came back to the square over the weekend and had some delicious Italian food at Della Santini's, just off the square. Needless to say, we didn't want to leave when it was time to go, but we know we will be back. Thank you, Joshua and Tim, for a magical weekend away."
