  • The house was clean, well maintained, nicely furnished and filled with everything needed.

"My family of 7 stayed over the Memorial Day weekend and everyone was very comfortable and pleasantly surprised with this home. The property is located North of Glen Ellen, easily accessible to numerous wineries, tasting rooms and restaurants. It has four bedrooms and a sofa sleeper, four bathrooms with showers, some with tubs, and comfortable open main floor space that leads to a wonderful deck with a great view of the valley. The owner is genuinely interested in providing a first class experience, which we had. And promptly replied to all my questions. With the pool, hot tub and available BBQ on the deck, it felt like home. There is a modern kitchen and it is fully stocked with dishes, pots, utensils etc... I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well maintained home, that is centrally located for visiting Sonoma, with day trips to Santa Rosa and Napa within easy reach. As noted by the owner, The Glen Ellen Village Market is the place to shop for meals and other necessities during a stay. Thanks to the owners for sharing this unique property. We would return without hesitation."

  • FANTASTIC SONOMA WEEKEND

"My wife and I love Sonoma but usually stay in a 5-star hotel or similar. This home was an absolute pleasure to stay in and we loved all of its amenities. From the gourmet kitchen to luxurious bedding and Sleep Number beds to the beautiful yard and hot tub we had more than enough to do. After some wine tastings we were even able to come back to the house and enjoy watching our hometown Red Sox on TV since this place comes with MLB Extra Innings free of charge. My husband was in his glory. The property manager Rose was amazing to work with and did everything she promised when we booked and more. She even made recommendations to restaurants in the area and local tasting rooms. We will definitely be back!"

  • Ideal base for California wine country

"What a charming and utterly unique house, right in the center of tiny Glen Ellen, just a few miles outside of Sonoma and a wonderful and convenient place to begin and end days touring the wineries and other sights that the Sonoma and Napa valleys have to offer. The house itself is perfect for a couple looking to enjoy the area while staying in something roomier and more interesting than virtually any hotel room or bed & breakfast. The house, a work of art in itself, is a relaxing place to spend down-time, and has full kitchen facilities if you choose not to eat at the region's restaurants, including a few great choices literally down the block (along with a small store to pick up food and other items). The owners (who live nearby) are friendly and communicative and I'm sure would be quick to respond to issues, although we didn't have any. I would recommend this space to anyone looking to spend a few days in the area."
