  • Comfy, efficient, home away from home.

"What a nice place to spend a month while visiting our family in Colorado! We felt at home from the first day there. The condo is very comfy and has everything you need. Our granddaughters called it "Grammy and Pappy's house". Dara is helpful if you have questions and Larry was prompt in taking care of the one problem we had while there.Cherry Creek is a nice area and I felt very safe there. Thanks again Dara and Larry."

  • Home Sweet Home

"My husband and I stayed for 3 months and wished we could have stayed for 3 more. The condo was very quiet, never hearing any noise from the hallway or other units, updated and very clean. It had plenty of storage place, was stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the internet and cable worked great. We even had our own parking space directly outside the front door of the building. The location is only a block from 17th, "restaurant row" and we enjoyed walking the entire area with our dog. The owner is kind and great to work with. Can't wait to return!"

  • Spotless Condo, Great Location!

"We had a great week long stay in Denver at Brooks Tower! Julie was a great host and was very clear in her communications with what is required and to be expected for our stay. She checked in prior to and day of our arrival and departure. Condo is exactly as advertised, very clean and is priced appropriately. We enjoyed being walking distance to 16th Street, Union Station (where we picked up our daughter who flew in from TX), Coors Field (saw a Rockies game) and a number of great restaurants right across the street. The parking space was great as it is easy in/out for us travel to take in a hike at the Flatirons outside of Boulder, a concert at Red Rocks and trips to a grocery store and other things to do around the City. Thanks for a great place to crash for our family trip!"

  • Great location and nice accomodations

"We stayed in this home for a week for a family vacation. There were 5 adults sharing the home and we had plenty of room. If you are a fan of IKEA, you will enjoy this home. Everything was updated, in good condition and the kitchen was well stocked with all the things you would need to make a meal. One disappointment was the eggs, juice, etc. upon arrival was not there as promised. Not a big deal but don't say it's going to be there if you're not going to deliver. We watched zero tv but when we did try to catch up with a favorite show during a downtime one evening, HULU was not working. One other suggestion, it would be great if the patio furniture in both the front and backyard could be wiped down and the porch could be swept before guests arrived. The chairs were pretty dirty and we had to clean them before we enjoyed the yard. All in all, the place was very good and I would stay there again and would recommend it to friends. The location was great for a leisurely walk to downtown Denver and for getting on the highway quickly to explore further out of town. The owners left great instructions and really nice dining recommendations, maps, etc. All communication was great and I appreciated knowing we were in a great neighborhood."
