  • Delightful

"Great home in a great location close to neat restaurants and shops. Six adults and toddler well accommodated. Clean and well furnished. Little one loved the play room and yard. Owner a phone call away for any needs or questions. Log book indicates our experience is typical. Highly recommended. The Harding Family"

  • Fantastic home. Love this hideaway.

"Wholeheartedly happy. More than I expected. I'll definitely be back. How's that for a no-nonsense review? I can't say more than the other reviews have detailed, so I'll just join in with the many other happy guests and give an enthusiastic thumbs-up on the terrific location, the details and design touches throughout; every item you need is provided, including plush bedding and towels, plenty of room, privacy, and great outdoor living spaces. Matched with terrific customer care from the owner, "yes, I would recommend this getaway to my favorite friends and relatives!""

  • Spotless Condo, Great Location!

"We had a great week long stay in Denver at Brooks Tower! Julie was a great host and was very clear in her communications with what is required and to be expected for our stay. She checked in prior to and day of our arrival and departure. Condo is exactly as advertised, very clean and is priced appropriately. We enjoyed being walking distance to 16th Street, Union Station (where we picked up our daughter who flew in from TX), Coors Field (saw a Rockies game) and a number of great restaurants right across the street. The parking space was great as it is easy in/out for us travel to take in a hike at the Flatirons outside of Boulder, a concert at Red Rocks and trips to a grocery store and other things to do around the City. Thanks for a great place to crash for our family trip!"

  • A large, well-managed property, great for groups

"I reviewed this property last year during our previous stay (July 2015), and rated it very highly. Keywords from that review are: convenient location; lots of space; good amenities; good management. I won't repeat myself. I recommend this place for families and groups, especially with its sprawling downstairs "sub-apartment". Since 2015, Jon added a window unit in one of the upstairs bedrooms. A REALLY big improvement for anyone sleeping there in July-August. It would probably be good to put one in the other upstairs bedroom and to replace the slowly dying AC unit in the kitchen. We used the grill this year and it worked very well - though I needed to scrub the heck out of it before starting. Still and all, a place to which we intend to return."
