  • Comfortable and quiet

"The house was comfortable in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of useful kitchen utensils to Use for cooking. The outside grounds seem to have been neglected. There were rotten apples or some kind of fruit on the side of the house. We swept the back patio and made it look better. It was convenient to downtown golden. Overall. A relaxing place to stay."

"I stayed here alone while visiting my son out in that area. He was 6 blocks away and this was cheaper and so much better, than a hotel which was much further away.I had visitors who wished they could rent this home full time because they loved it so much. It is decorated impeccably and the comfort and hominess is tip top! My son and I did so much every day, and to come back here to crash at night was such a comfort. AC is great, lighting is calming, comfortable bed, great TV, great kitchen and bathroom, etc.Recommend City O City to eat and Jelly! Wild Animal Sanctuary was incredible but wear a hat! Long drive but worth it. Rocky Mountain National Park a must! Also historic towns of Evergreen and Georgetown and the 12,000 feet mountain drive above Georgetown was awesome and breathtaking! Barbara was great and made sure I was all good always. Highly recommend this home and cannot wait to rent again!"

  • Wonderful home away from home for a travel nurse

"I spent the last 4 months at this wonderful home, while on a travel nurse assignment in Denver this past winter( January - May). I could not have asked for a better place or location. The property is beautiful, and I had everything I needed to feel comfortable during my extended stay. It truly felt like my own Denver home. Also, It is very close to great restaurants, parks and hospitals. Mike Kee, the owner, definitely made it his priority to always answer any questions and/or address any needs I may had while I was there. I recommend this place for the weekend tourist or the business traveler. I promise, it will exceed your expectations!! Thank you"

  • Great location and baby friendly!

"My wife and I were so happy to have chosen this location. We were traveling with our little one (4 mo) for our little work-cation to Denver. So many great things to say about this place. Can't beat the location. Great restaurants and a cute little coffee shop (Wooden Spoon, Duo) are a stone's throw from the back door. This place was also great for our little one; there was a room with a crib, a changing pad, and an entire box full of toys, with appropriate choices for pretty much every age as far as I could tell. Below the TV, there was also a collection of DVDs with a wide variety of choices—whoever selected them has great taste! The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean, etc. Neither of us could think of anything negative to say to say at all. Great place all around."
