  • Home Sweet Home

"My husband and I stayed for 3 months and wished we could have stayed for 3 more. The condo was very quiet, never hearing any noise from the hallway or other units, updated and very clean. It had plenty of storage place, was stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the internet and cable worked great. We even had our own parking space directly outside the front door of the building. The location is only a block from 17th, "restaurant row" and we enjoyed walking the entire area with our dog. The owner is kind and great to work with. Can't wait to return!"

  • Website was spot on!

"Website summary/reviews were "spot on". Location was great with neighborhood "favorites" and walking distance to downtown. The Wooden Spoon-quaint coffee & deli cafe- (right around the corner). Several "roof top" breweries within walking distance; we were extremely fond of the Ale House and Southern Hospitality (downtown). Susan was very responsive; always getting back to questions quickly. Looking forward to coming to Denver again and booking at this property. . Thanks again Susan!"

  • PERFECTLY WONDERFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME

"I stayed here alone while visiting my son out in that area. He was 6 blocks away and this was cheaper and so much better, than a hotel which was much further away.I had visitors who wished they could rent this home full time because they loved it so much. It is decorated impeccably and the comfort and hominess is tip top! My son and I did so much every day, and to come back here to crash at night was such a comfort. AC is great, lighting is calming, comfortable bed, great TV, great kitchen and bathroom, etc.Recommend City O City to eat and Jelly! Wild Animal Sanctuary was incredible but wear a hat! Long drive but worth it. Rocky Mountain National Park a must! Also historic towns of Evergreen and Georgetown and the 12,000 feet mountain drive above Georgetown was awesome and breathtaking! Barbara was great and made sure I was all good always. Highly recommend this home and cannot wait to rent again!"

  • perfect for a long weekend visiting Denver, Red Rocks, and Golden

"Clean and comfy, this was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Rhonda and Lynette were communicative, gracious, and helpful. We had plans at Red Rocks, and then explored nearby Bear Creek Park and Golden. We also went into downtown Denver twice, although that's more of a 25 minute drive (without traffic). So if you want to have easy access to the west side of things and the Front Range, this is great!"
