  • It is a wonderful place in a wonderful location.

"The apartment was extremely modern and clean. Everything was as pictured and new. Lots of space it was great for 2 couples. The neighbor is residential and very nice. It was short uber ride to LoDo and other areas. Only problem is that is has been a couple weeks and my deposit hasn't been returned yet. Otherwise would highly recommend."

  • Wonderfully appointed townhouse with a perfect location in Lohi.

"We've stayed at Lola Place at least 4 times previously and love it every time. It is walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, shops and activities. It is a very comfortable, user friendly town home in the heart of Lohi!"

  • Everybody Should Stay HERE!

"Everything everybody wrote in all the previous five star reviews is spot on, so I don't even need to list all the great things about this condo. Nobody mentioned the fantastic leather living room furniture! Possibly the most comfortable couch and chair I've ever sat on. Ed was super super gracious, even bringing over a new coffee maker and coffee when the previous one stopped working. This was my 6th trip to Denver in 30 years and certainly the most comfortable. Having a whole "house" for 9 days instead of just a hotel room made all the difference. This condo is in a beautiful neighborhood. Go outside and explore on foot and you will feel like you don't want to stop walking. So many beautiful homes in Capital Hill to see. Be sure to walk the length of spectacular Pennsylvania Street all the way from Colefax to Governor's Mansion Park. As previously mentioned, parking is tight but I had no problem shuffling my car around for 9 days to avoid the "2 hour limit" streets. That restriction is totally random throughout the neighborhood so read the signs carefully. Numerous streets a couple blocks east of the condo have no restriction so you don't need to get up and move your car in the morning if you park on those streets. I never even had to utilize any of the paid parking lots in the area. If you park before 5 PM before everybody comes home from work you will find a spot on the surrounding streets. A super fun quick touristy thing to do is to take the free walking tour of the State Capitol just three blocks away. Be sure to go up inside the dome, which I understand just re-opened after a lengthy renovation. The 360-degree view of Denver is awesome. If you don't want to do the whole guided tour just walk around on your own then join the tour in progress. That's what I did; they let 30 people per tour go up into the dome. There's a new tour group every hour. Also, for foodies, the other reviews are not kidding that there are a gazillion restaurants in walking distance, from elegant to hole-in-the-wall. The street strip on Broadway between 10th and 12th is loaded, and it's just a one block walk from the condo. Be sure to utilize the big clean convenience store at 11th and Broadway, again just one block from the condo. In the other direction is the Colefax strip which provides every type of "city" adventure you can imaging. 13th between Sherman and Clarkson is way fun also. You get the idea. Don't just sit inside and watch TV; this neighborhood is booming"
