  • Very comfortable and convenient !

"A nicely appointed condo in the laid-back town of Windsor, with easy access to Fort Collins, Loveland & Greeley. Located in a nice neighborhood close to the attractive and tasty Pelican Club complex. Every thing you need to use in provided in the kitchen and even some business supplies. Cheryl has thought of everything. We have stayed there 3 different times. It feels like home !!"

  • Impressive and Clean!!!

"Clean bathrooms and floors are very important to us when we travel and people have different expectations for sure. This house is extremely clean and comfortable for a large group or a small family. Very nice area downstairs for games and hanging out and convenient layout upstairs. The beds and towels could use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was outstanding. The property manager and the owner were both easy to contact and always responsive."

  • Great family stay in Ft.Collins!

"We rented this property for 4 nights when visiting Ft.Collins for a family wedding. The photos online do not do the property justice. We were a party of 4 adults and one teen, my husband and me, and our 3 daughters. Everyone had enough room to find their private space. I think you could be comfortable here with the maximum number of guests. There was plenty of room. The house is lovely, fully refurbished, with modern appliances and fixtures throughout. It is well organized, fully stocked with the things you need to enjoy your time away from home, and unequivocally, the cleanest rental home we have ever experienced. Attention had been paid to the myriad small details and we appreciated that the house provided coolers, ice packs, sunscreen, insect repellant,…all the little expenses that add up on the road. The bedding, including the linens, was all superior to what we expect in a rental. All the bedrooms were adequate sized; The downstairs den was a great retreat after a day in the heat. The property was in complete perfect working order. We had no issues with any mechanical aspect of the house. The outdoor setting is treed, cool and quiet. Because of how the house is oriented on the property, it is a very private and quiet setting. The location was perfect for us. Old Town was a 5 minute walk. Once we parked the car, we never used it until we left for the airport. The Ft Collins bike share program has a station across the street in front of the Library, and we quickly became comfortable with biking around town. Early mornings were cool enough for a run as well. We explored Old Town, with it’s many eateries and shops, visited many of the breweries, and hiked the mountains around Ft.Collins, particularly enjoying Horsetooth Falls. One evening we saw a movie at Cinemarc Bistro and had dinner served to us in reserved stratolounger seats. The Annual Garden research project at CSU was beautiful and we spent several hours there as well. I cannot overstate what a great find this was for us. This rental was an extraordinary value for the price and has our highest endorsement."
