  • Perfect for families

"Second time up to Beaver Creek first time at this property. We had a great experience and the place was very nice. We have two young children so the pool was perfect and all the little nightly events they had at the lodge were great. Having a kitchen was great for us especially after being out hiking all day and too tired to go out to dinner. Location was so close to the gondola and restaurants didn't have to use the car the whole week. Great stay definitely will be back."

  • Amazing location!

"We have been skiing all over Colorado and other places but Beaver Creek has won us over, due in part to the amazing location of this condo. It is truly ski in/out as it claims, even for a beginner we had traveling with us. We happened to be visiting Easter weekend, and the resort held their Easter Egg Hunt for the kids right out the backside of our building. There is a park and playground area behind the building which is also where you ski in and out through. I could see them setting up for the Egg hunt in the morning from the Master bedroom of this condo. The balcony and master bedroom overlook the pool area and trees, so there is no direct neighbor when you look out the windows, just a beautiful view. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and BBQ, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need including all spices and condiments. We found it to be very clean and perfect for our needs. There is even a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. The ski locker was very convenient. The shuttle service is on demand and there within minutes. The resort village with shops and restaurants and ski rentals and ice rink is a just a short walk up the street or through the backside (the scenic route through the snow next to the creek) I found was even shorter and more pleasurable. The only time we used our car was to go to the grocery store.. The only shortcoming I would say to this unit is the second bedroom would get hot at night even in the winter with the heater off. We had to leave the door open and use the fan at night in there. Other than that, I have to say we are already planning a return visit. Denise was a pleasure to deal with and very accomodating to our needs, including an unexpected delay in our arrival. She really bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy. Highly recommend this building and specifically this unit, as long as it's not on our same week next time we are in BC!"

  • 193 Fairway

"Our group was in Beaver Creek following the Triple Bypass cycling event. We all had ridden the ride and stayed in Beaver Creek to ride an additional few days. The house was perfect- it was large enough for 6 guys to relax and still have private space. Finding a location large enough to sleep all 6 of us was somewhat difficult as most places are set up for couples. The kitchen facilities and hot tub were perfect for our group. It was a great location on the golf course, private, quiet, relaxing and beautiful. We look forward to coming back next year and highly recommend this home."

  • Great family reunion home!

"We had 8 adults & 5 (all 5 and under) boys in this well layer-out home. The community tennis courts and pool are just up the street, and the house is situated on a quiet cup-de-sac. Bedrooms on all three floors gave each family their own privacy when needed for naps etc. The kitchen was well-equipped and the sound of the stream below was so relaxing. Beaver Creek kid-activites were just up the hill. All in all, a fabulous location and home. 4-star review is due to the relative age etc of appliances: the dryer took forever to dry clothes (even in BC's low humidity) and the dishwasher was broken when we arrived. Within a day or 2, a roller on the freezer drawer broke (metal fatigue?) ... so appliances were in need of updating (at least.) HOWEVER, Berkshire's staff was immediately responsive to all of these problems, correcting/repairing each within hours of our reporting (even on July 4th weekend!) We would happily return to this property, esp. given BH's professional management! Great family vacation!"
