  • Excellent Home for Vacation

"The house had everything I was looking for: a breathtaking view, large spaces for our group, easy access to the slopes (via a bus stop on the street), and a hot tub. Everything in the house was clean and in good condition. The owner was responsive with ski rental information and very easy to work with. I agree with another reviewer, that the altitude was tough to adjust to the first day, so I would plan on drinking copious amounts of water and try to avoid overexertion at the beginning of a trip. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!"

  • Wonderful Colorado Experience

"Our stay was GREAT. We had three families, with a total of three young boys, so the lay-out, with three "master areas" and the lower level for the boys, was perfect. And we made good use of the hot tub and pool table. Of course the views were fantastic. We hiked, biked, rented four-wheelers, white-water rafted. Everyone wanted to stay a lot longer."

  • Wonderful Home with Beautiful Views

"We recently stayed at this Beautiful home and it was a wonderful getaway. The home is very accommodating for multiple families or couples. We had 7 people and had more than enough room. There is no TV in the main living space which was nice for conversation and quiet time, but also would have enjoyed having a TV instead of all having to go to the upstairs bonus room, to watch a Football game. Could use a new Coffee Pot and dish towels. It was nice being off the beaten path and up in the mountains, but could be in town in 10 minutes if wanted. Enjoyed the hot tub very much and overall everything was great. Our only complaint is the lack of communication with the property manager. I had to call 2 times before someone called me back the day before we left to Colorado to get the address and how to access the home. Then I was told to call another person, Scott, whom finally called me back. I was told to call or text him if we needed anything while we were there. I text him twice to see if he could assist with the upstairs fireplace (which did not work) and did not get any response at all. Then the day we were leaving (check out 10AM) he text me at 10:15 and said the cleaning crew were waiting (we were running a little behind). We thought that was rude that he never responded to our text but was able to text then. Only pointing this out for the homeowner to know, I am glad we did not need anything major or serious."
