  • Great Value and Location

"Kirk's condo is a great value for a clean, comfortable condo. Kirk was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. The location in the Vail Racquet Club, is a quick free bus ride into Vail. The condo was perfect for 4 people, (2 adults, 2 kids), and had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the wood burning fire place was nice to have. The ground floor location with the river right out the front door was great as well. Overall a great value for a great location."

  • A Great Summer Getaway!

"Danie was great, we booked last minute and she was very helpful and easy to work with. We really liked the fact that they don't have a cleaning fee or a booking fee at this time. My wife and I spent a week at the condo and really enjoyed our time. The condo is very nice, kitchen and bathroom upgrades are really well done. Kitchen is also well stocked with a great supply of spices, and condiments. (We BBQ'd steak and even had spices for that!) We used the pool and fitness center. All well equipped. (There is an extra fee for that.) Since we stayed in the summer, the buses were only running every hour so we chose to drive to Vail parking garages (free) instead of waiting for buses. One guest mentioned that they liked to sleep with bedroom sliding door open to listen to the stream but you can hear semis on I-70 occasionally over the stream sounds. (In the winter this probably isn't even an issue because of doors being closed.) Overall, a great week and relaxing place to stay! Thank you Danie!"

  • Great location; perfect for big or multifamily travel

"Short walk to bus that brings you to Vail (and maybe other resorts, but we just took it to Vail). Very close to the bus stop is the Racket club and Pool for the kids, to relax in after a long day of skiing. And don't forget the pub on the 2nd floor for some adult libations. We did drive to Beaver Creek (20 minutes) and Breckenridge (40 minutes), and Vail is about 10 minutes drive. We would stay here again, for sure. Had 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space. Thanks much for making our trip a success!"

  • Comfortable

"I'm very glad I chose to stay here for a week of skiing in Vail! The property was clean and well maintained, and looked exactly as pictured. All necessary items were provided for cooking meals in the unit, so we just had to buy some groceries at the store. A parking pass is provided, and the bus stop is just a short walk away to get into the village (the bus ran every 15 minutes during our stay in January). Monte was very easy to communicate with, and made the whole process of booking very easy - we talked on the phone a few times and he provided a very detailed welcome letter with all of the information we needed. I stayed here with 2 others, and it was the perfect size. Highly recommended!"
