  • Everything was awesome!

"The five of us (all adults from mid-30's to upper 60's) stayed in John's condo from March 11 through March 16th and found the condo well suited for our needs. John was accommodating in the few requests we had, (meaning he didn't throw us out on the street when we needed to extend one day). The condo is well located with quick access to things to do and see, with a pretty view of the mountains. Condo was clean and well stocked. We skied, climbed the mountain on snow shoes, warmed up in the spa/sauna, and made more trips to the Safeway than we should have. Also spent an evening at Pepe Osaka's and had more margaritas than we should. John even ordered 17 inches of snow while we were there! Highly recommend this condo and owner! Only suggestions is that the instructions for the fireplace might include that it is regulated by the thermostat. Love the mountains and we'll be back. Larry"

  • Welcoming condo in downtown Winter Park

"This condo was gorgeous and exactly as pictured, everything is up to date, and very clean. I loved the open kitchen that was stocked with ample supple of dishes, cookware, and utensils. The location was steps from restaurants and shopping in Winter Park."

  • Great place, great location

"My family really enjoyed this property. Its right off the main street in Winter Park so we only had to go a few blocks to get to a majority of the places we wanted to go, and it was also close to the free shuttle stops when we went to the resort. We liked being able to cook food and have our own hot tub! We did take a few crawling toddlers so the amount of stairs of hard to blockade but we managed without injury. There were a few things missing in the kitchen like the coffee pot (machine was there) or the crock pot lid, but we just called for help and they brought us a new one right away and were really friendly about it. I would recommend this place to family and friends."

  • Great Ski/Winter Vacation

"Couldn't have been more satisfied. Had a family group of nine. Seven skiers and two non skiers, age 6 through 65. The Winter park shuttle runs every half hour. The pick up/drop off is no more than a minute walk from the property. It is both the first pickup so you always get a seat, and the first drop off so you aren't on the bus forever on the way home. Trip takes about 20 minutes with stops. If you want to drive, it is around an eight minute ride to the Mary Jane parking lot from which you can ski to the Mary Jane base. As far as the house itself goes, it was great. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kids loved the Foosball table on the lower level. Non skiing adults loved the snow shoes and easy access to the National Forest. Great snowshoeing trails into the forest and we even saw a mamma moose with her calf They were no more than 20 feet from the house. Snowshoeing was great fun even though we had never done it before. The walk to the free ice skating rink was around 15 minutes. Kids and adults had a great time skating. Mud room was just right for storing ski stuff in a warm, dry spot. The kitchen was a little small, but we had no problem even with "too many cooks." The home has central heat as well as electric baseboard radiators. The owner does not want you to use the electric heat, and we found that there was no need for it. The central heat worked fine. One warning: If it is snowy, don't even try to make the hard turn to the upper parking area. You will get stuck. Drive up the hill around 15 feet, just past the entrance to the upper parking area and back down into the parking area. Reverse this for getting back out. This is Colorado and there is a lot of snow. This house is close to restaurants, sleigh rides, ski rental and grocery stores. All in all a great experience and a wonderful vacation. Terry was very helpful and his directions and info on the area was spot on. This is a great place for a Winter Park vacation, and I wholeheartedly recommend it."
