  • Great home!

"It had plenty of room, plenty of supplies such as dishes and linens, and it even had games. The property manager was very helpful and we had zero complaints. I would definitely recommend this property to others."

  • Excellent Location ~ Perfect for Family of Four

"My husband, kids (11 and 9 years-old) and I stayed in this condo for five nights at the end of April for the closing of Winter Park. We had a fabulous time due to the gorgeous, sunny, mild weather, great skiing and this conveniently located, comfortable and functional condo. In selecting this unit, my main criteria were as follows: (1) close to the lift (we skied/rode down Hughes, popped off our gear and walked about 150 feet to the front door of the building, then headed straight to the ski lockers which are on the main floor, close to the entrance - no annoying stairs or elevators involved); (2) nice, comfortable and above all, functional, sleeping situation for my kids (there are two love seats which each convert to a pull-out bed - sure, my kids can FIT on a queen size pull-out but they really need their own space so there is no "he's breathing on me", "he keeps rolling over and pulling the blanket", etc., etc. ... you get the idea; (3) quiet location within the building (this unit doesn't have a high, mountain view since it is on the first floor. For me, we were on the mountain for four straight, open-to-close days, so we got plenty of scenery. I'll take the short walk to unit, no elevator/stairs to deal with and quiet evenings. The bench and storage area were truly invaluable for organizing all of our ski/snowboarding gear and boots. We didn't eat any of our meals in the condo, but the kitchen appeared to be updated and functional. We appreciated the large refrigerator to store all of our water (we had cases to keep us well hydrated) and other beverages. The bedroom and bathroom were fine and functional. My only (minor) suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror in the bedroom. With one bathroom and four people getting ready to go to dinner at the same time, it would be great to have a mirror to do make-up and blow dry hair while someone else is showering. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit and I would definitely stay here again!"

  • Great house in Winter Park!

"This was a nice house in a great location, close to everything we enjoy in Winter Park and the surrounding area. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are great for relaxing and entertaining, and we enjoyed preparing meals and grilling every night. The main floor bedroom is quite crowded with a double bed and a set of bunk beds, and the stairs to the second floor are very steep and narrow, so keep that in mind if you have small children or others with limited mobility. We loved the ping pong table, the back yard with hammock and National Forest access, the short walk to Hideaway Park, and the proximity to hiking trails of all lengths and levels of difficulty. We visited Grand Lake, rode horses at Snow Mountain Ranch, went geocaching, drove up the Moffat Road to Rollins Pass and climbed Mount Epworth, enjoyed the skate park and various hiking/running trails, fished and watched hot air balloons take off nearby in Fraser, and especially loved relaxing in the back yard and hot tub after our active days. This was a great home base for our 8 days in Grand County and I would definitely stay here again!"
