  • fantastic stay with best views we have seen in Colorado

"This was our first Spring Break getaway with our twins from College. We absolutely love this house. The layout spacious, the décor top notch, and a great layout for privacy. From the moment we arrived, we were wowed by the beauty of the snow covered lake, and gorgeous scenery. Cathy checked in with us prior to arrival to give us the phone number for the on call maintenance guy (snow last minute) and then checked in again to make sure we made it into the home. The house was super clean and has plenty of space for a large group. The hot tub is a great touch and the beautiful picture window in the living room is perfect for watching the sunrise. Definitely would recommend and can't wait to book again in the summer time to enjoy the lake and fish."

  • Incredible! A great, relaxing, romantic stay!

"If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, in a romantic, beautiful location - this is the place. The views, and sunsets from the jacuzzi are exactly as promised; and at 10,000 feet in elevation, the stars are brilliant. The hosts, Tricia and Dave were very hospitable, and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going well! We will be back!"

  • great family vacation rental

"We rented this house for our family vacation before school started. We had 2 adults and three kids, ages 10, 8, & 6. We all loved it! There were deer in the yard every day and the house was tucked into a nice neighborhood with woods all around. When we arrived, we noticed it was quite warm in the house, about 85 degrees. We found out there was no air conditioning and the house had been closed up with sun beating in the windows, so that made it heat up. Luckily, there were plenty of fans and we were able to stay plenty cool during the week. The house is completely stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen items, food items such as jelly, spaghetti sauce, ice cream toppings, etc. The movie and game selection is extensive, in the basement. The location was plenty close to Pikes Peak, NorthPole amusement park, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Royal Gorge (1.5 hours drive), Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (feeding the giraffes is a once in a lifetime experience!), & shopping in Manitou Springs. There was plenty to keep us busy and out and about all week long! Such a fun and memorable trip. Our kids will never forget it!"

  • dream house

"We loved the house we stayed in! It was perfect for us and seeing our family. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms so when our sons and family they had there own space to rest if they wanted. It was so clean and loved the kitchen and the openness of the living room/kitchen and dining room. the view from the front porch was amazing of pikes peak. loved every minute we were there. It was close to so many things in the area. like 10-15 minutes to everywhere in Colorado Springs and the grocery store is like 3 blocks away! We will be back! Thanks Layla!"
