  • Beautiful relaxing home for family gathering

"Stayed the week before Christmas. Woke up feeling blessed our first morning with a beautiful blanket of fresh snow. Home is located in town in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to enjoy downtown shopping & dinning. An absolutely beautiful spacious home with amazing views of Pikes Peak right out the living room windows. The open living, dining & kitchen, create a nice open environment. Plenty of room for large families without feeling too close for comfort. Every room had stunning touches of holiday decorations, complete with a Christmas tree. Everything you need to have a wonderful family get together. Location is a short drive to Colorado Springs, (Garden of the Gods, US Olympic Training Center, Pikes Peak Cog Rail, Royal Gorge, rafting, fishing, biking & 1-1/2 hour drive to ski Breckenridge. Don't forget to visit the Wolf wildlife Preserve, just outside of town). We are so grateful to the homeowners for sharing their beautiful house & all the attention to details!! We absolutely loved our stay & hope to return over the summer."

  • great family vacation rental

"We rented this house for our family vacation before school started. We had 2 adults and three kids, ages 10, 8, & 6. We all loved it! There were deer in the yard every day and the house was tucked into a nice neighborhood with woods all around. When we arrived, we noticed it was quite warm in the house, about 85 degrees. We found out there was no air conditioning and the house had been closed up with sun beating in the windows, so that made it heat up. Luckily, there were plenty of fans and we were able to stay plenty cool during the week. The house is completely stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen items, food items such as jelly, spaghetti sauce, ice cream toppings, etc. The movie and game selection is extensive, in the basement. The location was plenty close to Pikes Peak, NorthPole amusement park, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Royal Gorge (1.5 hours drive), Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (feeding the giraffes is a once in a lifetime experience!), & shopping in Manitou Springs. There was plenty to keep us busy and out and about all week long! Such a fun and memorable trip. Our kids will never forget it!"

  • Perfect Thanksgiving vacation!

"My husband, daughter & I traveled from Texas to Colorado Springs to see our son home from deployment during the week of Thanksgiving. We stayed at the Beer Creek cabin for a week. It was absolutely perfect....... We loved the fact that it was rustic, preserving the historic feel of a miners cabin but yet updated with everything we needed. We cooked our traditional Thanksgiving feast, my son invited a couple of soldier buddies to eat dinner that didn't have family there for the holiday & we gathered around the beautiful stone fireplace to eat, play games & make memories. The cabin was located close to everything. We visited Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds & Ft Carson Army base all just minutes away. The drive to the cabin is beautiful & full of wildlife along the way. We even had a precious young doe visit us. Without fear, she walked down the side of the mountain up to the fence in the back yard. She was so close we could have reached out to pet her. The owner, Mark is super nice & responds immediately to help answer questions or anything you might need. We are looking forward to booking our next trip to stay in this cozy miners cabin. I'm thankful that my son is home from Afganistan & that we were all together as a family at the Bear Creek cabin."

  • BREATHTAKING!

"Our 3 night stay from August 31 to September 3rd, 2016 was not enough time at this beautiful house. The amenities are great, the views are beautiful and being able to sleep with the windows open on a summers night brought back so many memories of my childhood. We were a group of 10 middle aged adults and every single one of us was simply not ready to leave this beautiful home. A couple of the ladies took a hike, some of us just sat around and enjoyed nature from the balconies. The beds were very comfortable, my husband and I made all the reservations for our group trip so we had the honor of the master bedroom. My husband utilized the Sauna and the Jacuzzi tub, most relaxing was his response. We cook breakfast and dinner, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, everything we needed was available including spices. We were pleasantly surprised to have shampoo and conditioner, as well as laundry detergent. Overall we look forward to returning to this little piece of Heaven. The Casiano Group"
