  • Great ski in/out Location

"Perfect location to ski in/out. Incredible views of the ski area and town of Crested Butte. Cozy and comfortable. The condo is well stocked with the items you might forget from home. We really enjoyed the trip and will request the same condo the next time we are in Crested Butte."

  • Wonderful Place to enjoy Mt Crested Butte

"Our family of 7 adults stayed in the Maison Carsten property over Spring Break. We enjoyed every minute and hope to return. Very comfortable and plenty of room for all. Loved the roaring fireplace in the family room. Enjoyed the movie room and outdoor grill. Kitchen was well appointed and everything we needed minus a whisk. The house management was very helpful. We had one skier drive us to the road adjacent Gold Link lift(just around the corner from Silver Lane) and then we all walked up the groomed hill to ski down to the lift. All in all it only took 10-15 minutes for all of us to be on our way up the mountain. Using the Homeowners trail to ski in was fun! At the road we took of our skis, walked across the street, put them back on and headed home through the snow. Very short trek. Every day an adventure! After 9 trips to Crested Butte, this is by far our favorite accommodations."

  • Exceptional Property

"I never write reviews, but I had to write one for this special place. We so enjoyed the following things about this condo home: Location - It is so close to the Ski Slopes of Crested Butte. Right across the street. Also close to the liquor store, if you like that kind of thing. We were able to drive 5 minutes into town and enjoyed many of the awesome restaurants there in town. Rate - We felt is was a bargain for all it offered. I have no problem with the rate, it was great. Cleanliness - I really felt like this place was my own home. Very clean! Very nice and well laid out with bedrooms on each side, so your split up if that’s important to you. We loved the balcony. We watched the ski team come down the mountain on New Years Eve with all their red flares. Must have been a hundred of them. So beautiful, overlooking the ski resort mountain. We also LOVED the fireplace. Free wood! We used it and it was so special. Ok, I recommend this place! It gets 5 stars in my book! Thank you for reading this. Ronnie ps: Management was also awesome. So helpful, so friendly, went out of their way! Loved it."

  • Great views, excellent place to spend time in CO

"Some friends and I stayed in this home recently and it was such a great time that I'm wondering why I posted a review almost a month later. The home itself is very tastefully decorated and is nestled in a gorgeous part of the mountain with expansive views of the valley below and the hills around. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a large deck which is simply perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Soaking up the views is so easy and only a few short steps away from the dining and cooking area. Speaking of the cooking area, what a treat. The range, oven and fridge are pro-grade and easily handled the cooking chores we put forth for our large group. The kitchen and bar area is perfectly suited for entertaining and cooking and keeping things social and lively. Loved it. Also enjoyed the complimentary bottles of wine that the owners left out for us. Nice touch. The sleeping accommodations are nice and there is plenty of room for people to get a good night's rest. The master suite is of course well done, but there is plenty of room for other adults and kids too. No shortage of beds in this place. For entertainment, the ping pong table and games are perfect. And the audio system in the house allows for some music in just about every room. TVs too, but we didn't really watch TV. If you're more into grilling and hanging out on the deck for entertainment, you will not be disappointed. The gas grill is ideally situated for good views as well as serving logistics and the deck furniture is pretty nice. The wooden captain's chairs and high-top table are super cool. Overall the rental experience was very easy and the accommodations were perfect for an early season biking getaway trip. If you are looking for something that is an upgrade over town accommodations and has room for you and your friends to spread out and get relaxed, this is a great place to consider. Highly recommend. Have fun."
