  • Great location, nice small house

"This home is located close to the action. The house was in great condition and is well kept. The kitchen/living space is upstairs...and climbing the stairs was a bit of a challenge after a long day on the mountain bike. The upside is, there is a nice view from the kitchen/living windows. Great little house!"

  • small place with big memories!

"My husband and I along with our college age son enjoyed several days in this gem in Crested Butte. We had never stayed in town before. However it ended up being absolutely perfect. Could walk to everything in town--which includes great restaurants, bars, and some shopping. To top it off...the bus stop was just around the corner--convenient up to the mountain to ski or just enjoy the scenery. This house had everything you might need. And the owners were so helpful. I would definitely go back if I get the chance."

  • Wonderful Cottage in the heart of CB!!

"Carolyn's Cottage was a perfect place for our holiday in CB. It was right in town and just a 1/2 a block away from the ski shuttle bus! The cottage was perfect and clean, equipped with everything you could need from dish soap to hand soap she thought of everything! I can't tell you how many times we have rented homes and there was nothing provided! We had a big snow storm while we were there and the owners shoveled the walkway for us, that was very nice and thoughtful! We will definitely come back and visit this Cozy cottage. Thank you Carolyn!"

  • Perfect house right downtown

"This house was awesome! In the winter, there was so much snow we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful yard, but the house was plenty big enough for our group of 11 to spread out and not feel in each others way. The detached garage was a nice place to keep the cars for the weekend (we didn't need them since its a quick walk to downtown and a short bus ride up to the mountain). On the first floor the mud room/laundry room was great for storing ski boots and clothes and getting ready in the morning. The kitchen is fully equipped, including double ovens, a 6 burner gas stove, and all the utensils and cookware you could need to feed a large group. The dining room and living room open to the kitchen, which was great for spreading out. All the bedrooms were perfect and having 4+ bathrooms was great with such a large house. Its a quick walk downtown and a quick walk to the bus stop that goes up the mountain. Megan was a great host as well. Very helpful in her communication and always available to answer a question or two."
