  • Accomodating Cabin at 7,500'

"The drive into the neighborhood greets you with speed bumps and hilly roads like, Steep Road, which identifies it to a tee. The all wooden cabin was warm and accommodating. The stairs were steep leading to the wrap around porch. The view from the porch was beautiful but bested by the master bedrooms veranda. There is everything you need in terms of cook ware including large bowls and a variety of cooking utensils. There is a heart warming assortment of quality spices, teas, coffee and games left from previous guests. There is no fire pit outside. Probably for good reason. The woods are close and all around almost obscuring the neighbors from view."

  • simple, equipped with the basics and clean

"The house was a great location for us as it is just about 1/4 mile from the Parelli Campus. Nice and quite neighborhood. House was simple, equipped with the basics and clean. Perfect for the price. Owner was easy to work with and even went out of his way to return a personal item we accidentally left behind."

  • Great place to stay!

"The condo was as described and great. The only thing I would suggest is that the blinds be fixed or replaced. You could adjust them up and down but most of them, you could not adjust how much you could see through them. Otherwise, very outstanding place. I will try to stay here again when I go to visit my daughter and grandson next."

  • Beautiful place to stay close to impressive hikes

"The house is gorgeous, with stunning furnishings and well-appointed with everything we needed and more. Comfortable bed, excellent kitchen, all the electronic comforts of home. We made breakfast, hiked in the mountains, relaxed in the jetted tub and went through the menu at Pagosa Springs Brewing Co. Close to the city, but rural enough that deer came prancing by the windows every morning. We did a little walking in trails right behind the house. It was just me and my husband who stayed this time, but there are two more bedrooms, and it would be fun to come back with friends."
