  • Amazing place!

"My wife and I stayed here for seven nights for our honeymoon which happened to be over New Years and we couldn't have been happier with how it turned out! The driveway was maintained well even with all the snowfall the area had already received. The patio area was a great place to enjoy the view of the snow-covered woods and mountains in the distance with the outdoor fireplace turned on. The indoor space was the perfect size for a couple and looked great and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own food. We drove to Wolf Creek ski area a few of the days and it only took about 30-40 minutes which was great. The best part of all though was Darlene! She lives upstairs but we rarely heard her. A few times you may hear her footsteps but not enough to be bothersome. She is also extremely kind and helpful. On the way back from Wolf Creek one day we slid on the hill near her house and got stuck in the snow drift on the side of the road (as an inexperienced driver in snowy conditions I still had the car in a higher gear and relied too much on the brake to move slowly down the hill). After a few failed attempts at getting the car out I called Darlene and explained the situation. She arrived in her SUV after just a few minutes with a shovel and tow rope and was able to pull us out after I shoveled enough snow to get the tire free. She was very kind the whole time and didn't act like she had been bothered. This place is just off the main road in town and close to all the main attractions in Pagosa Springs but once you get to her house you'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere which was perfect. I absolutely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back."

  • Definitely "Heaven of Earth"

"This was our first year to start a cousin family reunion and we could have not picked a better place! From the house to the majestic views, to the town and 4th of July celebration, we were more than pleased with our experience. I would by far say my favorite part was how much the kids loved every aspect of the home. There is a place on the property called Tranquility Knoll. We went up there to have a camp fire and make s'mores and you will never find a better view! The owner and property manager were easy to work with. I would recommend this property time and again! We WILL be back!"

  • Wonderful accommodation for a large group.

"We have difficulty finding a house large enough to accommodate our large family for our annual reunion. The Winslow was large enough, beautifully firnished and decorated and equipped with everything we could possible have needed. It was the perfect place for this year's reunion. I can't imagine anything a group could need that wasn't available. I highly recommend the Winslow for anyone needing a large, well equipped, beautifully firnished house."

  • Beautiful home! Great open floor plan!

"Our two families had a wonderful time and this home was so cozy. There was plenty of room and the kitchen/living area was so open that it was great for nights spent by the fire and visiting. The master was huge and had an exceptional bathroom with HUGE shower and jet bath to soothe our muscles after skiing Wolf Creek! We will be back! Thanks Robbie!"
