"This house was great! Very clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. It met all of our expectations and we will definitely be back again. Thanks Lee!"

  • Awesome stay

"Can't believe I haven't done a review yet. The house was everything and more. Enjoyed a wonderful stay with our kids, grandchildren and furry child. More than enough room for all. The upstairs was perfect for the grandchildren to spread out. And the management company answered all my questions. Will be back in 2017."

  • Wonderful Cabin

"Perfect place for our family trip to Durango. Not too far away from town, but away from the crowds. Hot tub was great after a long day. Would recommend this place to anyone."

  • Amazing place!

"My wife and I stayed here for seven nights for our honeymoon which happened to be over New Years and we couldn't have been happier with how it turned out! The driveway was maintained well even with all the snowfall the area had already received. The patio area was a great place to enjoy the view of the snow-covered woods and mountains in the distance with the outdoor fireplace turned on. The indoor space was the perfect size for a couple and looked great and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own food. We drove to Wolf Creek ski area a few of the days and it only took about 30-40 minutes which was great. The best part of all though was Darlene! She lives upstairs but we rarely heard her. A few times you may hear her footsteps but not enough to be bothersome. She is also extremely kind and helpful. On the way back from Wolf Creek one day we slid on the hill near her house and got stuck in the snow drift on the side of the road (as an inexperienced driver in snowy conditions I still had the car in a higher gear and relied too much on the brake to move slowly down the hill). After a few failed attempts at getting the car out I called Darlene and explained the situation. She arrived in her SUV after just a few minutes with a shovel and tow rope and was able to pull us out after I shoveled enough snow to get the tire free. She was very kind the whole time and didn't act like she had been bothered. This place is just off the main road in town and close to all the main attractions in Pagosa Springs but once you get to her house you'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere which was perfect. I absolutely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back."
