  • Comfortable and had everything we needed

"We had a great stay and enjoyed the town. There is no AC in the unit, so it would have been nice to have more fans, as the rooms were a bit stuffy."

  • Perfect Place for Summer Vacation

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as described and shown in pictures. All great quality furnishings and soft goods (towels, sheets, etc.). All the bedrooms were roomy and had space for clothes, luggage, etc. The kitchen had all modern appliances and was well appointed. Laundry in unit was helpful as we got muddy on hikes and mountain biking. Views of the mountain were outstanding. Can only imagine what they are like in the winter. Common pool for building was not very big, but worked out ok. Hot tub was roomy. Our only complaint was that there was no broom in unit- we had some crumbs on the kitchen floor, but nothing to do it with (we were on vacation, so I was not overly concerned and my family laughed at me). Management company was professional from first inquiry through to arrival and departure. Jon met us upon arrival and had awesome recommendations for groceries, shopping, activities and eating. Really an awesome stay! Thanks to the owners and management company - we hope to be back for a winter-time stay in the near future."

  • Great family rental

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Etta place was a great stop for our family vacation. We hiked, biked, and our kids enjoyed the pool. This location was a bit quieter then the locations down town. We will come again."

  • Perfect condo! Excellent location, steps from lift, minutes from town. Exceeded expectations.

"Our stay at Etta Place Too was fantastic. The location cannot be beat. You can literally ski right to the back door of the complex and it is just steps away from the Coonskin lift chair. Getting into town is also very simple. You can take a 2 minute shuttle that stops right in front of Etta Place Too or you can walk along the river path which will take about 10-15 minutes. It's also conveniently close to Clark's grocery store which Kathleen suggested. The condo itself was very cozy and well maintained. It was plenty big enough for my group (7 men) and we did not feel cramped at all. The unit is much bigger than the pictures make it appear, especially the loft. Our day typically consisted of skiing/snowboarding until 4pm. We would then return to the unit, turn on the fireplace, and head down to the outdoor hot tub. To confirm what another reviewer posted, the hot tub shown in the picture has been replaced by a new tub which is double the size. At one point we had 10 people fitting comfortably. This unit had all the essentials we needed to enjoy our ski/snowboard vacation (ski in/out, steps from lift, close to town & restaurants, outdoor hot tub, fireplace, & washer/dryer). The steam shower in the master bedroom was a nice added bonus. There is also a free parking lot across the street from the unit. For the people looking to rent this unit for a ski/snowboard vacation: DO IT! I've been all over the US and Telluride was one of my favorite mountains yet. It's definitely a more advanced mountain but they do have enough greens and blues for those that are still learning. My trip to Telluride was during the last week of January. On the second day of our stay, we woke up to 14" of snow. Conditions were excellent all week. Also, we didn't wait in a lift line longer than 2 minutes all week. Kathleen provided us with excellent service. She was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. For anyone planning to visit Telluride, I highly recommend this unit!"
