"We stayed here for 5 nights as a home base for our trip to DC. The apartment was small, but roomy, and set up very well to best utilize the space. It is a basement apartment, but the owner has bright lighting in there, both ceiling and lamps, which really helps. When we first got there, in the middle of July, we were hot and thirsty. I texted the owner about a case of water that we found in the apartment, to see if we could use some of it until we could get to a grocery store, and he told me that he had purchased it for our use. That was a nice touch! We definitely used it! It was also very nice to have the use of the washer and dryer in the apartment. The main bed was very comfy, and the futon was okay to sleep on too. There is also one other bed set up in the apartment.
The condo is a little ways from the National mall, and not walkable from there, but it's very easy to use Uber. There are several restaurants a short walking distance from the apartment, and we loved the little pizza restaurant we found. So yummy!
All in all, the stay was very nice. And the owner is responsive to questions via text or call, and gets back to you quickly."
