  • Very nice home, great neighborhood, and wonderful week in sunny Florida.

"We travel every year to the area for a week long baseball tournament. We have stayed in a number of different homes in Calabay Parc over the years, and this one was a great house for our needs. The pool and spa looked out over a wooded area which makes for a little more privacy. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals if desired, and the living area is very comfortable. There was plenty of room for 5, although the twin beds are more suited for smaller children than high school baseball players. The game room was a hit for relaxing between baseball games. The house is also very convenient to the Orlando attractions (20 minutes max) and there are nice restaurants and stores nearby for all your needs. The best thing about this house was the owner who was quick in responding to questions and very accommodating with our needs. They were very generous in allowing a late checkout time on Saturday. If you're looking for a nice place for a family vacation or time away with friends, I'd recommend this home. The rate is as reasonable as we've found as well."

  • Way to Go!

"The house was clean and inviting. The location is great 15-20 minutes from the Disney parks. And we hit no traffic . The neighborhood is nice, quiet and easy to get to. I was expecting two main floor master suites as that is what the pictures showed but there was a second one upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, plates and everything else you could use. Being Kosher we did not take advantage of what was there and bought paper goods and a toaster oven for our use. TV's were available. We didn't use these either as we really had no time. My daughter in law and eldest granddaughter did watch a movie on the large screen while my grandsons took advantage of the pool. Ian is beyond helpful and never gets upset with the number of times you email him. We did have trouble with the wifi. 5 I- Phones and a laptop could not connect to the system. Ian tried all he could think of to help us to no avail. I'll just catch up on my work now that I am home. I would definitely recommend this home. Thanks Ian. You helped make a family trip a success."

  • Great house, Excellent Neighborhood.

"We were shocked upon our initial arrival to the property. The neighborhood is impressive and were greeted immediately from the extremely friendly next door neighbors. The house is well kept with large spaces and we thought the beds were extra comfortable. The kids loved the Monster's University themed room and slept well throughout our stay. The large master bathroom and kitchen were each great assets to us. The house is conveniently located to Disney within 15 miles but factor in a time of 30 minutes with traffic. The Publix grocery store was very helpful as it was close to the home and provided nearly everything we need. We found very few faults with our stay. First, there was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, or dish washing detergent in the home. We had to steal toilet paper from other bathrooms and we used up the whole roll of paper towels. I feel like an extra of each of these could be beneficial. We used the kitchen quite often so even a large jug of dishwasher detergent would have been helpful. Second, the kitchen really isn’t setup to do a lot of cooking though and we had to improvise. If there were a few spices (ex. salt and pepper) left or some more utensils for cooking we would have been more satisfied. Finally, the pool was covered and there were no instructions on how to uncover the pool or even if we could at all. The pool kind of felt as if it was off limits. All in all the house was great and we would stay again. David was very helpful during the whole process."

  • Great location

"Excellent location for all of the major attractions including Disney, Universal etc. Don't think you need a property on their doorstep as you are only minutes away from the 192 or Interstate 4 junction 58. Publix supermarket is five minutes drive away. Very relaxing surroundings and everything you need is here - a real home from home. The pool is lovely and there is sunshine all day. Not overlooked at the back. Very peaceful. Well set up for children. A really quiet housing development which is just right for laid back recovery whether it be the 'parks' or just shopping! We are repeat visitors and have always been very happy."
