  • A lovely well maintained 4 bedroom villa on the Highlands Reserve development

"We rented this villa for 2 weeks in August 2016. It is furnished to a high standard, but is extremely family friendly, with the owners providing many entertainment options: games consoles, dvd's and flat screen televisions in every room. There is nothing that we needed that the owners did not provide, an abundance of fresh towels and linens, plenty of utensils and cookware in the kitchen etc., which made our stay very comfortable. The pool area is large and comfortable, with a covered patio area which wee were extremely grateful for in the hottest part of the day or when raining. The patio furniture and loungers were also of a high standard. Overall the villa and the pool deck were clean and well maintained. Contact with the owner and the maintenance company was minimal but questions were answered very quickly and the service we received was faultless. Car hire is essential if you wish to stay on this development; it is approximately 40 minutes to the main theme parks and less than 10 minutes to the nearest strip mall where a Publix supermarket is located, together with an excellent pizza restaurant/take-away, IHOP restaurant and the Paddy Wagon Irish Bar. I would highly recommend the Highlands Reserve development and particularly this villa for families wanting to experience all that Orlando has to offer but want the freedom and convenience that the villa option offers."

  • Exceptional value

"My family and I stayed at the condo for 9 days. The condo was immaculate and had enough room for 10 of us to stay comfortably. The air conditioning and wifi worked great. The owners were a pleasure to work with, and were very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our arrival. The ride to Disney was about 25 minutes, and about 35 minutes to Universal. The Publix at the end of the road has all you need. The only reason I did not give 5 stars were 1) the condo is about the farthest one from the pool area. In 100 degree weather we wish we would have been closer. 2) The pool area is extremely small, a bit deceiving from the online description. 3) The pots in the unit were very cheap (as can be expected) and every time we cooked something in them they tasted like plastic. I went down the road and bought a large sauce pan for $20 and brought it home with me. Other than that, all needed items were provided. Would stay again!"

  • Perfect location!

"Clean and well maintained home near all the parks! Didn't really use the resort as we were out early and in late everyday of our stay. FYI Property management hours of operation are not 9 to 9 they do however have a late arrival box with all your info and forms inside. I think they are open from 10am - 5 or 6pm. Overall great time and experience with this home and owner is prompt to get back with you and very nice."

  • Bella Piazza Vacation

"So happens that this was our second time at this beutiful condo resort just West of the attraction parks. The owner remembered us and our family enjoyed the condo and the amenities offered by the resort. The condo was just like we last stayed 4 yrs ago. Everything was very cleaned and well kept. With only a mins away from all shopping and attraction parks, we got to relax and enjoy a quint and quiet resort. Highly reccomend it for family stay especially with young ones."
