  • Amazing property. Far larger than I had imagined

    "Stayed for 4 weeks over the Xmas and New Year period. It couldn't have been better. Darren and Sally, the owners, were always contactable either by phone or e-mail and were ready and willing to answer all our questions and queries. It was truly a 'home from home'. We couldn't fault the Villa or it's location. 5 minutes from the 192 and 10 minutes to Hollywood Studios. There were supermarkets and restaurants within a 5 minute drive, and some even nearer that you could walk too. A xmas tree was also provided for us.I cannot fault this property and would recommend the Lilleypad to any and all holidaymakers looking for a spacious and well equipped Villa. (including the pool )Thankyou to you both. We will return. Angie & Lee"

    "We had a few hiccups at first. Some things were broken when we first or there. But one call to the management co. And a maintenence man was put to repair everything very quickly. I would do a rental like this again and would recommend it to anyone."

  • Beautiful house, nice neighborhood, near the parks

    "The house is very well equipped, spacious, clean, quiet, and in a good location. The only thing I would suggest that would be nice to have is more garbage bags, detergents, toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels available for the whole week, not just one piece of each. Lot of this has to be bought and left there because you cannot take it on the plane. We had problems with the pool/spa heater which is not the landlord's fault, it just happens and it happened to us. We came in February and most of the week was cold so the heater was a must, but it did not work for most of the week. We were reimbursed for the heating fee and Jill was very helpful and sorry for our situation. She is a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay again if we go back to Orlando. The house is really perfect."
