  • Loved it❤❤

"We enjoyed the home very much, it was close to so many restaurants, shopping, golf. One of our friends that came to visit, booked a home for next year with her family, as it is very close to all the Disney Parks. It was wonderful having our own pool as well. Carole Gowan OTtawa, ON, Canada"

  • Beautiful Property! Perfect for our Family!

"This house was everything we had hoped for an more! We had 6 adults and 11 kids ranging from the age of 5-17. The pool was AMAZING! you could see it from the kitchen which was awesome when the kids were swimming and we were trying to make dinner. THE BEDS WERE THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT IN!!! We even looked at the tag for the brand name to buy one when we got home! We did have an issue with the hot tub heat when we got there...Marcel walked my husband through it over the phone and it was fixed that night. You cannot heat the pool and hot tub at the same time...just a note...Grill didn't work either. Before we left I read reviews so we took some extra things... Spices! There are none provided, and they can be quite expensive-so I was very glad we brought those! Bring plastic silverware, cups and plates...these are limited at the house. There are plenty of cooking utensils Towels are provided, but if you can fit a few extra into your luggage, that would be wise. Be sure to bring toilet paper and paper towels, and dish cloths! We actually bought some (dish cloths) and left them there, so hopefully they last for a little while. Dish soap, hand soap-of course shampoo/conditioner/bath soap etc. Trash bags! One of the members of our party brought a ceramic top griddle and that was a lifesaver! For a large group, we were able to cook 12-14 pancakes at a time. I would definitely recommend that if you have a large group. Pans are limited! The fridge drips water on the left side, so don't put anything you don't want wet on that side of the fridge. Wi-Fi we could not get to work, so we had to use our hot spot anytime we wanted to connect to the internet (which wasn't often). Signal in this area is limited as well (we have AT&T). I loved that the area was made us feel so safe, and the grounds are beautifully managed. The home was clean, spacious, and centrally located so we actually spent a day in Clearwater (2 hours away) and then spent two days on the East Coast (Cocoa Beach-1.5 hours away). To get to the property you do have to take toll make sure you have 5-10 dollars in cash when you first arrive (they don't take cards). Older kids spent nearly every night at the basketball court. Close to all the parks! One family went to Sea World-about 1/2 an hour with traffic...we also went to Disney Springs...about 1/2 an hour away. We were sad to leave! Hope to be back soon!"
