  • Fantastic spacious home with many amenities

"My family, including 3 grown daughters, their husbands and children, enjoyed a week in this house. Our group included 8 adults and 7 kids ages 2 to 15. Everyone totally loved the accommodations. The pool and game room were a big hit with all the kids. I honestly think the younger kids enjoyed being at the house in the pool more than they enjoyed the lines and crowd at Disney World. There was 1 small disappointment upon arriving, but for our group it was a very easy fix. The queen bedroom is listed as a Queen master bedroom. I have always considered any bedroom with 'master' in the name to include a bathroom. In this case, that is not so. As a matter of fact, the Queen master bedroom seems to be a flex-room or office that is used for a bedroom. There is no closet and no access to a full bathroom on the same floor. There is a half bath not too far away. We used that bedroom for a teen whose parents had the huge master bedroom suite also located on the first floor so sharing the master bathroom was not a problem. I just mentioned because some groups may plan using that room for someone where it wouldn't be convenient for them to share the master bath. The 4 King master suites were all spacious and each had it's own private bathroom which made it so convenient since we had 4 families sharing the house. Overall, Frank (the owner) was a delight to work with. He promptly responded to any question/concern I had before the trip and made sure all our needs were met. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a large group."

  • Great Disney vacation stay! Close to everything!

"Our vacation stay at this home was very positive. Firstly, the owner is very meticulous and organized. She communicated all the information to us when we needed it and we were always able to contact her so I never felt like anything was left unattended. The size of the rental was very clean and spacious. Our beds were for the most part very comfortable as well. The rental was well stocked with towels and kitchen amenities (though as with most rentals, you have to purchase/bring your own shampoo, dish soap, condiments, etc, the grocery store was less than 2 miles away and a Publix). We also got to swim in the pool and it was perfect for the kids to play in. The pool is on the small side (3ft to 5ft depths) but great for the kids to play in during down time before and after the parks. The owner was very gracious enough to refund one day's worth of pool heating for what we didn't use so we felt that she was very honest and upfront about everything. The location was the best part, so close to restaurants, shops and Disney. We didn't feel like any time was wasted on travel to and from Disney. I think there was only one relatively minor drawback. The lighting was lacking in some rooms so it felt a little dark at night. Other than that, we highly recommend this rental and would absolutely be back for another stay."

  • Perfect

"From the minute we arrived, we loved and enjoyed every minute of our four week stay here. Everything was perfect from the moment we went through the door. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Over the years we have stayed in many Homes in the Orlando area. This one is without a shadow of a doubt the nicest. The home is so close to Disney World that you can hear the fireworks at night. Everything a home could possibly need, has been provided. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious. There is plenty of crockery, glass ware and oven ware. The wifi was well tested and was faultless. The pool is excellent. We paid for pool heating as we had with other homes. This was the first time we could just dive right in from the first day. I loved the way the pool surround had privacy screening providing us total privacy. I enjoyed the abundance of nature. We at all times felt safe and comfortable in the home. As it is in a guarded gated community. There were lots of facilities in the clubhouse but to be honest we were so happy with the home we did not need them. Finally Location. This home is perfectly located in a quiet cul de sac, in the resort. The resort itself is ideally located near to DisneyWorld. From the home to the gate took less than 15 minutes. Just off the 192 and the I-4, the main access routes to everything, Universal studios, sea world, aquatica etc. Also the Busch gardens bus pick up point is literally just at the top of the road. Minutes away. A super target is 5 minutes away and Walmart 10 minutes away. By car. All the malls are easily accessible. This home is just perfect. The owner Robinson was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The management company Global dealt quickly with a couple of minor things that cropped up. Our adult family cannot wait to return."
