    "Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in our vacation rental. The pool was nice and the townhouse was nice and clean and very close to shopping. I would recommend staying here to my friends."

  • Great town house, great location

    "Perfect location for parks, either driving or via taxi. We did have a car but also wanted to go out for a few drinks in the universal city walk area. Townhouse was very well stocked with everything we needed. Good size for us 2 adults and 2 kids. Gayle's communication was excellent, any queries I had were responded to within a few hours. Only negative and nothing to do with the town house was the smokehouse grill next door. But there are plenty other places to eat only minutes away. I would certainly recommend this Townhouse to anyone. Thanks Gayle.."

  • Great stay, except.......

    "The stay was great and the property was great as well. Besides the property management company dropping the ball and forgetting to change the front door lock code to what was sent to me, I would have given this property 5 stars. Really sucked because my family and I didn't get to the home til 5am in the morning from a long road trip from Texas. I will say, the homeownersame were very helpful when I called them at 5 in the morning, and after about 40 minutes from our arrival they assisted in getting us in. To add insult to injury the management company dropped by and offered us a gift card and an apology for the mix up, but had the wrong family written on the gift card! Ha! May need to find a more efficient management company!"

    "If we were golfers, it would be worth 5 stars. For Jan/Feb visitors, heating the pool would be wonderful. Enjoyed walking the grounds with our grandchildren in the evenings. Beautiful property. Great atmosphere."
