  • Great stay, except.......

    "The stay was great and the property was great as well. Besides the property management company dropping the ball and forgetting to change the front door lock code to what was sent to me, I would have given this property 5 stars. Really sucked because my family and I didn't get to the home til 5am in the morning from a long road trip from Texas. I will say, the homeownersame were very helpful when I called them at 5 in the morning, and after about 40 minutes from our arrival they assisted in getting us in. To add insult to injury the management company dropped by and offered us a gift card and an apology for the mix up, but had the wrong family written on the gift card! Ha! May need to find a more efficient management company!"

  • Family Vacation with small children

    "Our family just returned from 9 days at the Blue Heron. Our room was huge. Our boys loved the bunk beds which gave our 1 yr old his own room. There is so much space I can't imagine spending any length of time in a "typical" hotel room after this trip. Plenty of parking, right down the road from Disney and did I mention THREE TVs! No fighting! Room was clean and having the convenience of a full kitchen and washer and dryer is amazing. We didn't come home with a ton of laundry and next time will be able to pack so much less. Can't say enough and Richard is very quick to respond to questions. Will definitely be staying again."
