  • Best Family Vacation!

"We stayed in NSB the last two weeks of 2015. Our longest family vacation ever! But the time literally flew by. Starting with the house, everything was super clean and organized. There were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was very well stocked, which we were super excited about because we love to cook. The house is decorated so nicely, from the colors to all of the beach signs. Our dogs had a blast too. They loved the dog beach and going for walks around town. NSB is super dog friendly! The town... The location of the house is centric to everything! I especially liked that we didn't need to leave the inlet to access supermarkets, nails and beauty shops, restaurants, anything really. We walked to Flagler Ave. every day. We especially enjoyed Nichols Coffee shop. I would go for a run or bike on the beach each morning and on my way back to the house I'd stop in for a Flagler Ave Latte and a homemade scone. Yum! Flagler Ave had several events going on during our stay too. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants. We did adventure on some sightseeing trips as well. We went to St Augustine and visited Fort Matanzas about 1 hour and 10 minutes away. We also visited the Ponce Inlet Light House about 25 minutes away. If you enjoy taking in the sights and learning about history these are two must do trips. Overall a very memorable family vacation. We are already making plans for a repeat trip!"

  • An Exciting Home Away From Home With All The Trimmings

"This condo has it all...WiFi, Cable TV, land line cordless phones in all the rooms, huge refrigerator/freezer with water/ice dispenser on the door, four burner stove with 2 speed exhaust fan and stove top light, modern oven/broiler, large microwave, in sink garbage disposal, double kitchen sink with pull out kitchen faucet hose, kitchen tray ceiling with ceiling fan/light, large capacity modern dishwasher with all the options, well lit granite countertops and the window over the sink that provides an 8 story view all the way to Cape Canaveral. Top floor corner penthouse deck that allows a view north towards Daytona Beach, eastern 180° clear open view of the Atlantic Ocean and southern view to Coco Beach. You will see the sunrise two minutes before those on the beach and don't forget to bring your get a bird's eye view of sharks, dolphins, high diving Ospreys, Pelicans, and ocean going vessels way out on the horizon. Sitting in the living room looking out on the Atlantic from 8 stories up all you see is water and is reminiscent of a transAtlantic ocean liner view. Much, much more from the modern walk in glass shower, high capacity air conditioning, to the direct beach access and salt water heated pool. Excellent hosts and convenient on site building manager, groundskeeper and poolkeeper. You will also appreciate the good nature of the other residents, renters and visitors that add to the appeal of this property."
