  • The best resort in Daytona.

"Property was great we have been staying at this resort for 20 plus years, this unit was very nice. However it's been a month and we still have not received our deposit refund."

  • Home away from home

"Well, I have to say that our vacation started off a little rocky or should I say "Like a hurricane".... Of course the weekend of our vacation hurricane Matthew hit the cost of Florida and caused a delay in us leaving for vacation. Not knowing what damage we were headed into we relied on the owners of the house to keep us updated on the situation at hand. The owners Heather and Eric went out of their way to keep us informed of road damage, power outages and the bike week event itself. Knowing that the house did not have power for the first two days, we made adjustments in our travels and headed to the gulf cost for a couple of days, once Heather informed us that the power was on at the house we headed straight to the house to start our vacation. Upon our arrival the area was in dismay and trees every where, power still not restored in a lot of the area, but in the mist of all of the hurricane disaster, Heather and Eric made sure the house was in great shape for us. A lot of people would have cancelled and I really wouldn't have blamed them if they had cancelled, but they didn't. The house was very clean, updated, well maintained and the neighbors were wonderful!!! They all came around and spoke to us and wondered mostly how our travel to the area was. We couldn't have asked for a better week nor a better place to stay. The house is centrally located and out of the way at the same time. Especially if you are going for bike week, yes, it takes longer to get to main street, but so worth it to come to a home at night and be able to sleep without hearing all of the motorcycles and things that go on during that week. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back. I would recommend this home to anyone with children or just a single couple. Oh and the back yard, it's your own little oasis... Thank you Heather and Eric for everything you did going out of your way to make our vacation wonderful!!"

  • Relax, Relax, Revive!

"This was our second stay in this unit on New Smyrna Beach, and each time we come, it just gets better! The beautiful view, the excellent accommodations, the restful quiet sleep- this is our definition of a successful vacation! We also explored the area a little more this trip. We had never visited St. Augustine before, and it was an easy day trip to enjoy this historic city (had lunch at La Cocina Restaurant at Castillo Real Resort Hotel on St. Augustine Beach- 5 star!) There were also many wonderful restaurants to explore in New Smyrna Beach, and we will look forward to our next visit and another famous burger at The Breakers! Thank you, Elizabeth, for another memorable stay!"

  • Great vacation

"House was as described, lots of room and great pool area. Would stay again in a minute. Only downfall was that we were there for bike week and got warned from the city that we could not park trucks and trailers in front of house. They had to be along side. Was nice having a garage to park bikes at night."
