  • Beautiful clean well equipped condo

"Nadia is very accommodating. Any inquiry was answered immediately. Condo is beautiful and well equipped. Even has beach chairs and small cooler and beach umbrella. Condo was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Walk in showers and shower with seat were perfect for my 90+ year old dad. Great for showering after day in sun. Hi end kitchen ware and beautiful furniture. Condo has nice private balcony fully screened to keep flies and bugs out especially when relaxing in evening. Ceiling fan and relaxation chair for two are perfect for afternoon leisure time on balcony watching the sun set. Perfect family vacation spot - quiet building. Close to Johns Pass (walking distance) and 25 minute ride to Clearwater. Beautiful beach front property - watch the dolphins play from privacy of balcony or when swimming in crystal clear water - sandbar out front where you can snorkel. Great vacation."

  • Comfortable, quiet, relaxing

"We stayed there for a week in early March. Pine Island has about 60 homes and a wonderful small beach park about 100 yards from the house on the gulf. If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet, out of the way vacation this is it. It's about a 7 mile drive to shopping, most restaurants, pharmacy etc. There is a small fast food shack at the park and the Bayport Inn is about a 3 mile drive. Both were very good with especially large portions served at the Bayport. BeckyJack food shack is another mile or so from the house. We didn't try it, but based on the crowds as we drove by, it appears very popular, if a bit unusual. The house and furnishings were nice .... very much as advertised. The house was clean. Met the housekeeper on day one. Nice, helpful young lady. The beds were very comfortable. Towels and linens were in good condition. The TV and WIFI operated well. All appliances and HVAC were in working order. Plenty of hot water. Nice view of the gulf from the MB balcony. Three bikes were available but not used because of the lack of bike lanes to/from the Island. The island itself is too small for biking and there's more traffic than you'd expect because of the beach park. Five very nice kayaks were also available but we choose instead to rent one at the Kayak shack for a great trip on the Weeki Watchi river where we paddled along next to a couple large manatees. If we had a way to transport the bikes and kayaks they would have been Very useful."

  • Best Vacation Yet!

"My family, along with my parents, rented the condo for a month. Myself, husband, parents, and 2 boys age 11 & 9. All six of us weren't there at the same time the entire time, but when we were, there was plenty of room. The condo was clean and fully stocked with anything and everything. The bathrooms are remodeled nicely. The patio/balcony is the perfect place for evening meals or morning coffee. It is a small complex with friendly people. The pool is super nice. The beach is amazing and the sunsets were out of this world. We saw dolphins swimming by every single night. Contact with the Munsons was easy, but really not necessary as everything went super smooth. The internet worked great, everything was easy to find, and their instructions were easily followed. If you rent you absolutely must drive 4 miles North for THE BEST ICECREAM ON THIS PLANET at Haze Ice Cream in Indian Shores. They make everything right there from scratch with all natural ingredients. JD's and The Pub up in the same area are also fantastic. The Conch Republic Grill is another favorite that is within walking distance of the condo. And if you love to make your own fresh seafood, visit The Reef Seafood Market in Redington Shores. The shrimp comes fresh off the boat to their back door everyday and is out of this world. John's Pass is only about a mile or 2 south. (Visit on week nights to avoid the crazy crowds there) We definitely hope to be returning next year. Thank you so much Mr. & Mrs. Munson for sharing."

  • Beautiful condo and view

"We loved the condo - clean, and had almost everything we needed. Silvia is very responsive and is available for questions or concerns. It's a short walk to the beach, and the pool is great. It gets sun on it around 11 am, and it's really warm! Kids loved playing at the beach and by the pool equally. If I had to remark about something, I'd recommend a high chair at the condo. other than that, zero complaints, and we would LOVE to go back!"
