  • Amazing

"It was an amazing place. The water was beautiful, the condo had everything needed (even beach towels and umbrellas), and the area was quiet. I do re command using Uber to travel around. Would consider going next year!"

  • Very clean and had everything we needed.

"My husband and I stayed here with our two year old son for one week in October 2016. The entire property was very clean and well-kept. Our condo was also very clean, had a great view of the gulf, and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to buy food and eat in our condo for two meals each day. We loved the location as well with it being equally distanced from both Clearwater and Tampa. There were plenty of local places to eat and shop (Angry Pepper, John's Pass). We would definitely stay here again."

  • Great unit, great complex, great owner.

"My family of five had a fantastic time in this condo. Initially I was a bit concerned about staying in a larger complex (60 units instead of the 4 unit ones that we have rented in the past) but now I don't know what I was worried about. This was by far the quietest condo we have stayed in and there was just enough people to chat with around the pool, which was full at times but never over crowded. The beach in front of this condo is amazing! It has the most gradual slope and when its low tide you can wade out to a really cool sandbar. Of the five condos we have rented in the area this was by far the cleanest and most well kept. The owner, Marci, is friendly and super easy to work with. The location is great, centered between Clearwater and Madeira Beach. If you want to parasail or jet ski, John's Pass in Madeira is a great choice, less crowded and less expensive than Clearwater. There are lots of great restaurants just a short drive from the condo: Light House Donuts, Crabby Bill's, PJ's, and The Pub are a must for us. Honestly, I can't say enough about this property, we loved it and plan to go back next summer."

  • Perfect!!!

"The unit was in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need!! The Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and all the beds were comfortable. The views were amazing! You have great views of the beach and intercostal waterway! The beach was clean and there was plenty of room at the pool! There were beach chairs and toys there for the kids. If there were any negatives it would only be that the parking was a little tight. Overall I would love to come back and stay in this unit again."
