Spacious beach front condo in quiet area with wonderful view of Gulf Coast. Close to restaurants and short drive to St. Petersburg, Tampa to the south and Clearwater to the north.

When I go to Indian Shores agin I will hands down stay at same place,

Beautiful place at a great location

This was an awesome condo right on the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunset every day from our balcony. The condo itself was well equipped with everything you need for cooking and the host was polite and very friendly !!!! Definitely recommend staying here !

Beach Vacation

This was a perfect spot for a beach vacation. The condo was fantastic. It was plenty of space for our family of 7 including a one year old infant. Right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and plenty of activities. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

Incredibly excellent!

We received so many good vibes from family and friends who visited. Vie's property is the best we've stayed in on the beach, and we've spent many summers on that strip. It's a hop, skip and jump from Bubba Gump's and so many other places we wanted to go. Vie's place was absolutely fantastic!

Accommodations were very welcoming, home away from home! Location was perfect! View was spectacular, Beach not crowded - family oriented. All stores, restaurants, etc. in close proximity. Relaxing & Rejuvenating! Best family vacation ever! We will be returning!

Vie HImley is an original owner in this condo building. She and George surprised the family after a trip to Treasure Island in 1989 when they returned home and advised that they had bought a condo on the beach! It was always their dream to move from Illinois to Florida in their earlier years, but it never worked out. The condo has been the center of the extended family's fun times since 1991. Many grandchildren learned to swim in the condo's pool. Vie has loved to share her 2nd home with guests for all these years, and hopes that you love the condo and area as much as she and her family do.

It had to be on the beach, it had to be nice and quiet, it had to have good restaurants around, and lots to do, or nothing to do. When they saw the sales trailer that spring, 1989, they knew the location was perfect!
