Great location and beautiful complex

Great location and beautiful complex and unit midway between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Spacious unit with all the amenities. Loved the pool and morning walks on the beach. Lots of dining, grocery and shopping options nearby. The pictures don’t do justice to the unit. Joe was very accommodating when our flight was canceled due to the hurricane and allowed us to stay another night.

Excellent stay July/August 2024

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo that was perfect for our family vacation. On the ocean with view of the ocean and pool. Customer service from owner is excellent.

Wonderful place. The Gulfcoast is wonderful. The people who stayed there was so kind and friendly

It`s a perfect property and We Will comeback. The incheckningsprocess could be better if it first of all in the instruktions said that we should to go to garage and pick up the key and then get in to house and then go to the front door. Family vacation

Perfect place to stay with a family! Owner had beach toys, games, pack n play. Location to the pool was perfect as well!

Great location and condo

We had a great stay and we enjoyed everything about the location. Condo was clean and fully stocked with everything. We had a few problems with the door key pad needing new batteries and a clogged drain shower but was taken care of immediately. Nothing could of been done to prevent it and got in contact with owner quickly. The beach was gorgeous and pool was clean. The private stairwell was very convenient and kept condo cleaner. Would definitely come back

Great property

Great stay and property, had a great experience. A few things id change, condo was quite dark, could use some better lighting, and possibly some fans since ac is set to a specific temp that cant be changed. Spiral stairs were wooden and could probably use sime attention but seemed sound enough.other than that id def stay again.

the views were fantastic! the rooms were large, with a spiral steps done to the pool area! the owner was very nice, and timely on fixing the sliding door! the parking was tight with a van, but if a space in the visitor section was open.

Perfect vacation

The condo is great. Spacious, clean and everything is fresh. Provided all bedding and plenty of towels, all necessary cooking accessories. Having two extra convertible bad's in the master closet. Pool was also great.We highly recommended this for a family vacation.

Great Location

Property is a great place with the beach at your doorstep. Had issues with getting in the condo but quickly remedied by the owner with a phone call. The only downfall was the noise. The quiet time was not adhered to and the noise from the slamming stairwell door carried through the unit. Otherwise a beautiful place and great unit!

Spring Break 2023

The view from the balcony was beautiful. We loved the spiral stair access. The condo was well supplied to enjoy our stay. We really like this property as this is our 3rd year in a row at the Beach Palms. Indian Shores is a fantastic vacation spot that is not too touristy!

LOVE Beautiful Sunsets

4th year staying in this well cared for building but first time in this unit . We like the spiral staircase going down since we only had one set of keys . Dining set, washer dryer seemed brand new . Loved our view

Great location and property

Great property located in a great spot. First floor living with a view to the pool area and beach. Floors were dirty and had lots of cob webs/ dust buildup on fan and vents. Dishes were not very clean. I would recommend this place to others, we enjoyed it.

Some items need to be replaced

Overall it was nice. Weather was freezing for 3/4 of the trip but that was not their fault. Our biggest concern was the age and condition of pillows, towels, sheets and the one blanket in the unit. The bedspreads were very old and thin also. In addition we had to wash the utensils, which were sparce, only one butter knife, the plates and glasses had a film on them and were sticky and both coffee pots had to be scrubbed before we could even use them. The unit itself was clean but the amenities were terrible. It truly looked like the owners had just walked out and not prepped the unit. A 1000.00 invest in new towels, linens, pillows, etc would have given the place a much needed face-lift. In addition the outside seating needed new cushions, they are completely worn out. Bathrooms were adequate. There was wear but that is somewhat to be expected. Water pressure was not good from sink faucets. One lamp in king room needed to be replaced. Could not use because you could not turn it on. I plugged and unplugged as needed. The view was very pretty and the pool warm and clean. Once the weather improved the beach was wonderful. Only because of the above mentioned problems would I give this an ok rating

The property and grounds are very well maintained by the building staff.

The condo is a 1st floor unit with a great view of the pool and the beach. The sunsets from my balcony are awesome. There is also a spiral staircase from the balcony that goes to the pool gate and out to the beach that most people love. You do not have to take the elevater if you do not want.
