Summer Sea vacation rentals

Everything was exactly as expected based on the listing. The condo has everything you need and more. Communication with the owner was easy and always quick responses. Quiet, very clean, excellent location. The whole property was beautiful and well maintained. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing at the marina. I would gladly stay here again.

Awesome beautiful scenery amazing pool love the whole community water is like an aquarium so much wildlife to view. So many restaurants and events to visit within 8 miles of property.

Our desire was to have a comfortable place to stay while we enjoyed the outdoor amenities. The condo we completely updated. The kitchen was adequately furnished. We could eat in when we chose to. The Murphy Bed was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning.

We stayed at Summer Sea Condo in Islamorada from Jan 20 to April 8, 2023. As we entered the condo complex thru the security gates we could see very neatly keep grounds. Our apartment was over the lobby area. The apartment had two bedrooms. We chose the front bedroom which had highway noise which died away around 10 PM and not noticed until around 8 AM. The back of the building has a swimming pool and an area to lounge around in chairs. They have a dock area that we walked around watching the fish and manatee. We had a few problems at the condo such as the water heater leaked. Our manager was on it and within a few hours a plumber was there to size up the problem. The water heater was replaced the next day. The sunset were awesome. We were very comfortable there and are planning to come back again.

Friendly Neighbors, clean community and pool. There was a meet and greet every week so you could get to know everyone, that was nice. Place was very clean and decorated nicely. The beds were not very comfortable, but that is the only thing bad I can say. I will be back next year! Jonelle was wonderful to work with.

The Townhome was extremely clean, well supplied and was just as depicted in the rental ad. The property was extremely clean and well kept and all fellow residents and renters were polite and courteous. One note for boaters is that there are shallow rocks (not the jetties) outside the basin entrance that are not marked and at low-tide on a deeper draft boat you could hit them with your motor or hull.

Checking in was a breeze. The property is accurately depicted online., Our high points were the on-sight boat ramp, trailer parking and the easy access to the bay. The condo unit itself was clean, bright and a nice view from the 5th floor. There was only one thing I noticed that would make for nicer guest experience. Keyless entry to condo and 2 gate keys. 1 door key and 1 gate key were given upon check in and it didn’t take us long to realize that was definitely inconvenient. We did call management and was told that’s the way it is. The shower in the guest bath has good water pressure while set on cold but dwindled to just a trickle on hot, initially I was annoyed and then after coming in hot and salty from lobstering came to enjoy it.

This studio made a great place for us to stay during our scuba diving vacation. It was very clean. The bed has a very firm mattress but we had no trouble getting to sleep and woke up every morning without aches and pains. The sun-blocking curtains are phenomenal! We were able to sleep-in past sunrise as long as we wanted. The shower has good water pressure, There is plenty of storage in the drawers beneath the bathroom double sink, as well as the closet that has hanging rods and drawers, as well as the chest of drawers in the main room. We didn't do any cooking here but did have items in the refidgerator and freezer which worked great.
